As we know, the purposes of the new curriculum reform on elementaryeducation are pursuiting the broad development of all the students, advocatingthe people-centered concept, putting the emphasis on the development ofstudents and respecting the individual difference among them and finally tomake each student different rfom others. In order to meet the needs of newcurriculum reform in our country and put the quality education into practice,small patr of high school adapt the experience from college,and try to carryout the tutoiral system and manage and guide the student individually. Themanagement of “the tutorial system in middle school” is an effective way tomeet the different need of each student and individual difference. The studyon how to put the tutorial system into practice is significant for thedevelopments of students and promoting the tutorial system in theory andpractice. Because there are few studies on the practical research on theguidance of the tutorial system to the individual physics learning of seniorhigh school students, the author does a prelimentary study on this topic.The study discusses the reason of selecting the topic,its significance, thestudy on it abroad and home and research methods.What’s more, the authorgives definations of the tutor, the tutorial system and individual guidance, atthe same time, the author makes a comparison between headteacher systemand the tutorial system and points out that the two systems are two differentmanagement models in school. The author analyzes the reasonableness andnecessity from the multiple intelligence theory and discrepancy theory inchapter three.This paper also describes the time arrangement, implementationprocess and strategies. Then,the author analyzes the questionaires about theproblems on physics teaching done by students in A Rongqi NO. MiddleSchool in Hulunbuir and makes analysises on the situations of eight students. The author also summarizes the effectiveness of the practice, and points outthe problems which are found in the process of the practice and needed tomake further considerations. Chapter seven is the conclusion of the study.Through the series of studies mentioned above,the author makes aconclusion that the aims of the practical research on the guidance of thetutorial system to the individual physics learning of senior high schoolstudents are paying much attention to the difference of each students,diggingup the potential abilities of students, and promoting students’ development inall aspects. And it is fit for the requirements of new curriculum and fullypresents cater to students’ individual needs. And it is useful for students to getthe high mark and arouse their interest in learning. It can also develope aharmonious relationship between students and teachers and provide supportfor the further education.The author hopes that the study can make more scholars and teachershave interest in it and hopes that it can provide suggestions for the carryingout of the new curriculum reform in senior high school and the effectivenessof the quality education.
