According to the requirement of New Basic Education Curriculum Reform, all students should develop themselves comprehensively. With the People-oriented theory, we should respect students individual differences, and try to fulfill their different development needs so that each student can be the larruping one. The tutorial system in middle schools is an efficient form to fit students' individual differences and their different needs. Therefore it is very meaningful for us to establish the tutorial system and then enrich its theory and practice. In this dissertation the writer will carry out a research on the tutorial system in the No 3 Suzhou Industrial Middle School to find out a model for the senior schools. On the other hand ,the author wants to offer some useful teaching strategies and some practical tips. The essay describes and analyzes the tutorial system with three chapters.The first chapter is the summarization, which talks about the research background and significance of this dissertation, and then based on the related literature, the narrated the research way and the whole structure. In this dissertation the writer defined the concept of tutorial system and the tutorial system for students' development, compared the system of teachers in charge of a class with the tutorial system and definitely showed that the latter is an efficient supplement of the former, not replace it.In chapter II the writer gives an example of carrying on the tutorial system in the No. 3 Suzhou Industrial Park Middle School. First the writer introduces the trial about how to carry out the tutorial system in Suzhou, and then analyzes the working systems and a set of administrating mechanism which are constituted under the local practice of the tutorial system. Finally the writer discuses the three modes of the tutorial system emphatically. To sum up , the tutorial system is based on educational theories and facts, and it is the result of the reform of education as well.In chapter III the writer investigates and explores the existent problems and relevant counter measures through the demonstration investigation in Suzhou, for example the qualification of being a tutor, the imbalance phenomenon while carrying out this system, the multiplicity of modes and the assessing system. The goal is to put forward corresponding improvement measures, enlarge the number of the tutors, pay attention to students' compressive development and inspire the tutors' working enthusiasm. |
