The current curriculum reform of senior high school brought us diversified and selective curriculum structure, along with it, Credits System and Course Selection Guide will be lamented. The most important problem for school now is how to reform in order to cooperate the innovation. According to the experience of abroad and domestic high school,tutorial system is an efficient assistant system assorting the diversified and selective curriculum structure, it links teachers, curriculum and students together, corresponds the relationship between them, at last, ensure the implement of the curriculum reform of high school.The thesis explores the theory of tutorial system and the practice of high school tutorial system in China. It has three parts, the former two parts focus on the study, and the last part on construct. Part I introduces the contents, origin, development of the tutorial system, and outlines its features. Part II delves its rationality from three perspectives of psychology, pedagogy and sociology of education. Part III comes with how to establish the system in china. The author argued on the general guiding lines, governing principles, and some practical comments on constructing the system.The significance and innovation of this research lies in its unique insights into the rationality of the tutorial system, and proposal for the construction of it that embodies the guidelines, principles, and some practical comments to cope with.The writer uses scientific ways such as the laws of materials, investigating, comparison and so on, attains rich scientific arguments and therefore the argument points is firmly supported.
