| At present,China has entered the stage of universalization of higher education,and the contradiction between the sharp increase in the number of undergraduates and the demand for high-quality undergraduates is becoming more and more prominent.The undergraduate tutorial system can promote the organic combination of teaching and education,carry out refined talent training through personalized guidance,so as to achieve the training goal of developing innovative talents in an all-round way.It is an important initiative to promote the reform of education mode in universities and cultivate high-quality talents.As the main force to undertake the task of cultivating applied talents in China,local universities will also promote the undergraduate tutorial system as the entry point,aiming at innovating the training mode and improving the quality of talent cultivation.In concrete practice,the implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system has achieved certain results,but there is still a certain distance from reaching the expected state of the undergraduate tutorial system.Therefore,it is necessary to figure out the problems of implementing the undergraduate tutorial system in local universities,to promote the optimization and improvement of the undergraduate tutorial system according to the school system and to effectively improve the implementation effect is not only the need of the times to promote local universities to better serve the regional economy,but also the practical requirement to promote the connotative development of higher education and build a strong country of high education.This research is based on the theoretical research on the undergraduate tutorial system,and then investigates the current situation of the implementation of undergraduate mentoring system in local universities.Conducted a questionnaire and interview survey on the implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system in local universities,taking the undergraduate students,undergraduate tutors and college administrators of University H as the targets of the survey.Based on the results of the survey,it is found that in the current implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system in local universities,there are teachers and students who lack the necessary understanding of the tutor system,the tutor guidance process is mostly mere formality,the development needs of students are not fully met,and the assessment and incentive mechanisms are not sound and perfect.Through further analysis,the causes of the problems of the undergraduate tutorial system in local universities are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the universities do not pay enough attention to the undergraduate tutorial system;the position of the undergraduate tutorial system in talent training is not clear;the teacher-student subject consciousness is lacking;The implementation of the system is insufficient.Finally,in view of the above problems,from the four aspects of strengthening publicity and guidance,innovating training mode,promoting the development of teachers and students,and improving the incentive mechanism,this research puts forward specific suggestions for the further optimization of the implementation effect of the undergraduate tutorial system for local universities. |
