The most significant characteristic of aerobics different from other sports is the frequent alteration of aerobics action, which also makes remembering the altered actions became a difficulty in aerobics teaching. At present, aerobics exercises mainly depends on the blocked practice, i.e., the exercisers could master the actions by constantly practicing to strengthen the fixed pattern. However, blocked practice is not only to enable the exerciser to experience the target skills or the skills that are generally consistent with the target scenario but also disadvantageous to the holding of long-term memory. In order to solve the above problem, this research proposes to adjust the exercise structure with the guidance of skills learning theory, that is an aerobics exercise method combined random practice and blocked practice, and it is mainly based on the random practice. It hope to achieve the purpose of continuously strengthening the action and deepening long-term memory by changing the combination between adjacent action in the process of daily practice. This study is developed in the sophomore year of compulsory aerobics course for a semester. There are two groups, experimental class and common class. Before applying the proposed practice method, fundamental theoretical knowledge, basic footwork and the primary actions in public aerobics standard would be firstly taught for eight weeks. In ninth week, the estimate about physical fitness and primary actions in public aerobics standard have implemented, and the statistical results in these two classes have no obvious differences which indicates that the two groups of students in the same basic level. Started from tenth week, the three-level actions in public aerobics standard have been taught in the both groups but with different practice structures. At the end of the semester, all the performances of three-level aerobics actions, Self-Efficacy Table, BFS Mood Measurement between experimental class and common class have significant differences. The result shows that the random practice-based exercises structure can effectively improve teaching effectiveness, enhance the students’self-efficacy, and also adjust the students’ mood in aerobics classes, which makes the class atmosphere becomes better and better.
