| With the progress of society and the convenience of comprehensive services,a series of civilization diseases caused by lack of physical activity follow.In recent years,more and more serious health problems have gradually been paid attention by the country,society and individuals.The sharp decline of students’ physical quality level has been alleviated,and their health level has also risen slowly.However,greater efforts are needed to meet the requirements of national standards.School is an important place for students to grow healthily,so it is imperative to renew the concept of physical education.The aerobics with the characteristics of healthy,dynamic,and easy to learn,that is very popular among students in sports.But the traditional teaching which only pays attention to the standard routines that can not meet the health needs of students,so it is particularly important to deepen the reform of aerobics teaching and inject new ideas and new thoughts into the teaching.In this paper,the study of the theory of both pay attention to students’ knowledge of aerobics,and attaches great importance to the practical teaching experience,the teaching model based on best fitness for young children in fuyang normal college’s 80 students for 18 weeks in fitness training of aerobics teaching,on the basis of literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,through spss20 carries on the comprehensive analysis of the experimental data,Come to a conclusion:(1)After the experiment,there was no significant difference in body composition fitness between the experimental class and the control class(P > 0.05),but the body composition indexes(BMI and waist circumference)of the experimental class were improved.(2)After the experiment,the cardiopulmonary fitness endurance running time of the experimental class was significantly decreased(P < 0.001),and was significantly higher than that of the control class(P < 0.05).After the experiment,the muscle fit grip strength(P < 0.05),standing long jump(P < 0.001)and sit-up(P < 0.01)of the experimental class were significantly improved,and the growth rate of grip strength was higher than that of the control class(P > 0.05),standing long jump was significantly higher than that of the control class(P > 0.05),and the growth rate of sit-up was lower than that of the control class(P > 0.05).After the experiment,the flexible fit sitting body flexion of the experimental class was significantly increased(P < 0.001),which was significantly higher than that of the control class(P < 0.05).(3)After the experiment,there were significant differences in cardiopulmonary fitness endurance running(P < 0.05),flexible fitness sitting body forward flexion(P <0.01)and muscle fitness in sit-up index(P < 0.001)in control class,while there were no significant differences in grip strength(P > 0.05)and standing long jump(P >0.05).(4)The calisthenics skills of the students were evaluated by grade assessment.After the experiment,the calisthenics skills of the students in the experimental class improved significantly,which was much higher than that of the students in the control class.(5)Experimental class students to aerobics level and ability to use skills and self inquiry learning ability improved significantly,physical exercise participation,understanding of fitness,to grasp the method of physical exercise,physical exercise plan formulation increased,to cultivate students’ good habits of physical training,promote the development of students’ lifetime sports. |
