| The colleges and universities sports major is training base of sports talents, Along with Chinese school PE education reform, the society desperately needs the sports talents with deep foundation, broad extension of professional knowledge, strong capability and innovation. Aerobics exercise is a new sport in china, however, it is a popular sport among the vast number of teachers and students since the mid 1980s when it became a course of university. Nowadays, it is a regular course of university. There is aerobics course in physical education major of Sichuan. However, Along with the development of education reform, there are lots of problems which directly affect the sustainable development of aerobics exercise. Therefore, it is the key point of aerobics teaching reform of Sichuan to optimize teaching contents and make it meet the needs of the current social development; it is also the focus of this paper. There are less subject s in Sichuan which is located in southwest.This paper employs literature review, questionnaires, mathematical statistics, interview and logical analysis; takes the course and teaching as the theoretical basis, combines the characteristics of physical education and aerobics exercise, takes the following ten universities as study objects, that is, Chengdu Sport University, Sichuan Normal University, Sichuan Normal University LACs, China West Normal University, Neijiang Normal College, Leshan Normal College, Xichang college, Aba Normal University and Mianyang Normal University. The author investigated the students of physical education, teachers and experts of aerobics exercise; learned the basic status of University aerobics course teaching contents of physical education major in Sichuan, and reach the following conclusion:①The training objective is simple, which mainly foster school PE teachers, for physical education major in Sichuan university.②Its teaching material is random and not unify, which is less favorable for the teacher theory system, and affects the practice guidelines; it is the impending to build comprehensive teaching material.③It is deeply affected by traditional theory of valuing technique and lighting theory; the teaching contents apart seriously with the students needs and the teaching time.④The primary motives are social demand and employment for the aerobics student to study with positive attitude and clear purpose. ⑤Its evaluation is relatively backward, it pays more attention to the evaluation of technique and skills, ignores the evaluation of students'attitude, capability and progress amplitude and so on. The evaluation is mot rational and comprehensive.⑥How to optimize teaching contents should proceed from the five aspects. First of all, should follow the satisfy the needs of society, social development and the principle of disciplinary needs; Secondly, with curriculum plan in the sports education formulated for professional development target standard, modify perfect oneself training target, to achieve "thick foundation, broad caliber, strong innovation, wide adaptation compound sports education professional talents; Again, notice textbooks, especially graphic combination of the textbooks and network resources development and utilization; Again, according to experts and aerobics specialist teachers teaching theory of aerobics specialist content and the technical teaching content options, each divided into five levels, namely the very important, important, general, not so important, not important, through the data statistic, processing, arrangement procedure Q type clustering analysis, and combined with social needs, student demand, subject development that factors such as the arrangement of aerobics specialist teaching content optimization evaluation forms, for teachers reference; Finally, according to the outline of curriculum assessment requirements, perfecting evaluation system.What more, this paper also put forward the following suggestions:①Perfect the training objective②Strengthen the teaching material construction③Pay attention to the teaching contents selection of optimum④Increase the exploitation of the second classroom⑤Pay attention to the foster of students'interests and abilities⑥Reform the teaching evaluation... |
