| At present,China’s population aging degree is deepening year by year, improve the physical health of the elderly retired at home, maintain a good state of mind, the people’s livelihood issues need to be solved.Based on the perspective of sports training and the characteristics of water aerobics project, the experimental scheme is formulated to explore the physical changes of the elderly who participate in water aerobics exercise and those who do not exercise intervention,as well as the changes of the physical health of the elderly under different exercise intensification. In this paper, literature method, expert interview method, experiment method, mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method are five research methods.A total of 24 aged 60-82 years old who met the experimental requirements were recruited as subjects in Kangning Jinyuan for an 8-week,45-minute intervention experiment three times a week. The subjects were randomly grouped according to age, height, weight,BMI and FIM test, and the control group had no exercise intervention. The exercise intensity of experiment group A was 45% to 55% of the maximum heart rate, and the exercise intensity of experiment group B was 65% to 75% of the maximum heart rate. Before and after the experiment, the body shape, body function and physical quality of the subjects were tested,a total of 11 test indicators. After the experiment, single factor ANOVA test,LSD multiple comparison and paired sample T test were used for data analysis.Research results:(1)After 8 weeks of experiment, there was no significant difference in the test results of various indexes in the control group.(2)After 8 weeks of experiment, experimental group A showed significant differences in vital capacity(P < 0.05),and very significant differences in pulse and seated flexion(P < 0.01).(3)After 8 weeks, experimental group B had significant differences in body weight,BMI,body fat percentage, systolic blood pressure and pulse(P < 0.05);There were significant differences in seated flexion, standing on one foot with eyes closed and grip strength(P < 0.01).(4)After 8 weeks of experiment, there was no significant difference between the three groups of male subjects.Female subjects in experiment group A showed highly significant differences in pulse(P < 0.05)and seated forward flexion(P < 0.01).There were significant differences in systolic blood pressure, vital capacity and standing on one foot with eyes closed in experimental group B(P < 0.05),and there were highly significant differences in seated flexion and grip strength(P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)The experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed.8weeks of water aerobics exercise could effectively improve the body shape, body function and physical quality of the elderly, effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function, lower limb balance, weight and fat reduction of the elderly.(2)Test indexes of pulse and vital capacity in body functions of experiment group A,as well as the indicators of sitting forward flexion in physical fitness showed significant effects, indicating that water aerobics with exercise intensity of 45%~55%of the maximum heart rate had significant effects on stable pulse, improving vital capacity and improving flexibility of the elderly.(3)There were significant differences in body weight,BMI,body fat percentage, sitting forward bending, standing on one foot with eyes closed, grip strength, systolic blood pressure and pulse in all physical health test indexes of experiment group B.The results showed that water aerobics with exercise intensity of 65%~75% of the maximum heart rate could help the elderly to reduce fat and shape, enhance flexibility, balance ability, upper body strength and improve cardiovascular function.(4)under the same exercise intensity, water aerobics exercises have a significant effect on female physical health, while male subjects have no significant change.Among them,65%~75% of the maximum heart rate of water aerobics can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function, balance ability, upper body strength and flexibility of the elderly women.Water aerobics at 45% to 55% of maximum heart rate develop cardiopulmonary function and flexibility. |
