This research is a comprehensive study Fitness drum exercise on45to55years old middle-aged women’s body form, function and quality change, and through and did not participate in the physical exercise of45-55years old middle-aged women compared various indexes, this paper discusses Fitness drum fitness movement on the influence of middle-aged women physique level, in order to enrich the middle-aged sports, guiding the middle-aged women choose appropriate sports fitness movement and develop good fitness habits provide certain theoretical basis. The results also can be extended to all other age group, which also for promotion this traditional Fitness drum sports to provide the reference.Will ChaLingXian fire field in hunan province town few or no screening in Fitness drum practice of45-55years old of middle-aged women into two groups at random, the Fitness drum in practice for26people, the control group does not participate in the Fitness drum practice for24. The basic conditions were no significant differences, no major disease, the body basic health, and voluntarily participate in the Fitness drum movement and test. The three times or more per week, every time a hour,16Weeks of Fitness drum exercise. The control group during the trials cannot be engaged in regular physical exercise.The results show that, through the Fitness drum16weeks after the exercise, the exercise group BMI, hip circumference no significant difference (P>0.05), the exercise group waistline, WHR before and after the experiment in highly significant difference (P<0.01), and the control group before and after the experiment in the experiment of BMI and waist, hip circumference, WHR didn’t happen significant difference (P>0.05).After16weeks after Fitness drum movement for women aged45to55in the exercise group quiet rhythm of the heart, systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure has significant difference (P<0.05).The exercise group vital step index before and after the experiment in highly significant difference (P<0.01). In the exercise group exercise, lower limb strength, a grip of sit-ups minutes succession, crook proneness and close my eyes standing on one foot, simple response has significant difference (P<0.05). The body form, function and the body of the study’s conclusion that quality indicators are as follows:(1) Through16weeks of fitness drum exercises can make the waist of45-55year-old female very significant decreases, but the hip little change. BMI did not changed significantly, but the waist to hip ratio changes. Fitness drum exercise can reduce the fat of45-55year-old female waist and abdomen,45-55year-old female body shape to be improved.(2)16weeks of fitness drum resting heart rate of45-55years old women in the exercise group, blood pressure was significantly decreased, have to reduce the burden on the heart of women45-55years old, a very significant role to improve heart function. Such an active role in the prevention, delay, and treatment of cardiovascular function recession. And vital capacity has a very good effect.(3) Fitness drum exercise after16weeks of45-55year-old female upper body strength, lower extremity strength and improvement of the waist and abdominal strength have a significant role.45-55year-old female flexibility, quality, balance, flexibility, have been improved. Fitness drum can slow down the degradation of the limb movements of the middle-aged women, the slow speed of action, can effectively maintain the balance organs of their movement and joint muscle tissue in good condition, is suitable for the effective exercise of the middle-aged women.
