China will be a big ageing country in 21st century,and the ageing would be a very important social issue.As a result,giving attention to the health of the elderly has a great effect to the family, society,and even the whole nation.Because of their social particularity and overwhelming natural law that their body functions gradual decline,the old women' health would be not optimistic.How to improve their body function,delay body function decline,change their life style and regulate their mood,should be one of the important contents in the whole national fitness plans to the old women' healthy situation.Both Mulanquan and Aerobic Baojiancao are all the traditional physical fitness programs,and also be welcomed in the national fitness plan.The effect of Mulanquan has already been authorized by most experts,but as for the Aerobic Baojiancao developing,it is dominated by the rhythm of action and changing of action.And at the same time it lacks of the scientific study,and has no systemic theory.This thesis tries to study the influence of Mulanquan and Aerobic Baojiancao on old women' body shape,body function,body quality,and give a preliminary study to these areas in order to provide the necessary the theory and practical base from the all-round and systematic discussing on the relation between the Mulanquan and Aerobic Baojiancao and the health of elderly.The practice of the physical fitness can improve the health,but it needs a further study.This study holds the elder as the research object,and focuses on the physique,blood routine,blood lipid, blood stream change as indexes,and investigates the effects of the different physical aerobic exercise on the old women' organism function.This experiment chooses the old female 40 people taking part in voluntarily.They are divided into two groups randomly:the Mulanquan group,the Aerobic Baojiancao group,carrying on different exercise ways of aerobic exercise for 16 weeks.The measurement experiment in front and back the old people body index,do in front and back group inside with group making comparison and analysis,inquiry into the influence of 16 weeks different exercise ways of aerobic exercise the old females' constitution,blood routine,bone density,hemorheology,etc.The result shows:(1) After the aerobic exercise for 16 weeks,the weight between the Mulanquan and Aerobic Baojiancao groups have decreased(P<0.05);the bust increased(P>0.05),the hip increased(P>0.05).After the exercise of aerobic exercise,thickness of sebum of the Mulanquan group and the Aerobic Baojiancao group is declined(P>0.05);abdominal skinfold has decreased (P<0.05);Waist circumference has reduced(P<0.01).The group after aerobic exercise,the iliac skin fold has decreased(P<0.05).The skin fold of bust and hip have reduced(P<0.01).The result shows that:the weight,bust,hip and abdomen of Mulanquan group have reduced more than the aerobic exercise group.But the skin fold of aerobic exercise group has reduced more than the Mulanquan group.(2) After the aerobic exercise for 16 weeks,resting heart rate of two groups have decreased(P<0.05); vital capacity has increased(P<0.05),systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased (P<0.01).The result after two group exercises shows obvious difference:the improvement of vital capacity in Mulanquan group is more than aerobic exercise group.But the decrease amplitude of resting heart rate,systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure in aerobic exercise group is more than Mulanquan group.(3) After the aerobic exercise for 16 weeks,the left grip of two group exercises has increased (P>0.05);back force and body of station bent of two group exercises has increased(P<0.05); the right grip and eyes-closed with the one foot stand have increased(P<0.01);The back force of Mulanquan group has increased(P<0.01);leg string,back force and body of station bent of the Mulanquan group has increased(P<0.05);The back force of aerobic exercise group has increased(P<0.05);leg force has increased(P>0.05);The result after two group exercises shows obvious difference:the improvement of the left grip,back force and leg force of Mulanquan group is more than aerobic exercise group.But the increase amplitude of body of station bent and eyes-closed with the one foot stand in aerobic exercise group is more than Mulanquan group.(4) After the aerobic exercise for 16 weeks,SOS of two groups has increased(P>0.05);BUA and BQI have increased(P<0.05);BUA and BQI of aerobic exercise group has increased(P<0.01);the result after two group exercises shows obvious difference:the improvement of BUA of Mulanquan group is more than aerobic exercise group.But the increase amplitude of SOS and BQI of aerobic exercise group is more than Mulanquan group.(5)After the aerobic exercise for 16 weeks,body fluid of two groups has increased(P>0.05);BMI has decreased(P>0.05);WHR has decreased(P<0.01);protein and total body- water of two groups has increased(P>0.05);BMR has increased(P<0.05);BMRand total body-water have increased(P<0.05),protein has increased(P>0.05);the result after two group exercises shows obvious difference:the decrease amplitude of WHR and BM of aerobic exercise group is more than Mulanquan group.While,the increase amplitude of intracellular fluid,BMR,protein and total body-water of aerobic exercise group is more than Mulanquan group.(6) After the aerobic exercise for 16 weeks,TC and TG of two groups has decreased(P<0.05); HDL-C has increased(P<0.05);LDL-C has decreased(P<0.01);the result after two group exercises shows obvious difference:the decrease amplitude of TC,TG and LDL-C of aerobic exercise group is more than Mulanquan group.While,the increase amplitude of HDL-C of aerobic exercise group is more than Mulanquan group.(7) After the aerobic exercise for 16 weeks,WBC and PLT of two groups has increased(P>0.05); RBC of Mulanquan group has decreased(P<0.05);RBC of exercise group has decreased (P<0.01);the result after two group exercises shows obvious difference:the decrease amplitude of RBC in Mulanquan group is more than aerobic exercise group and the increase amplitude of PLT in Mulanquan group is more than aerobic exercise group,the increase amplitude of WBC of aerobic exercise group is more than Mulanquan group.(8) After the aerobic exercise for 16 weeks,high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,HCT and RCA have decreased(P<0.05);PV has decreased(P<0.01);RCD has improved(P<0.01);the result after two group exercises shows obvious difference:the increase amplitude of RCD in Mulanquan group is more than aerobic exercise group and the increase amplitude of high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,HCT and RCA in aerobic exercise group is more than Mulanquan group.Conclusions:(1)After the different exercise way of aerobic exercise,constitution,blood routine,bone density, hemorheology aged women have got the improvement with certain degree,the result of the Aerobic Baojiancao group is superior to the Mulanquan group.(2) Aerobic Baojiancao can effectively improve older women's bodily functions,change their way of life and mood regulation,is a major sport,in order to lay physiology function in "Fitness Plan in All the people".
