Objective: This study is intend to examine the effect of different body form middle age women physique and serum lipids parameter through sixteen weeks Yoga exercises.By the analysis of obesity,thin,normal human's effect of health and serum lipids after yoga exercises.This paper not only provide a reference for Yoga progress & promotion,but also for improve the middle-aged women physique health level.method:The study collected 24 volunteers experiment parameters who is from Xi'an University of the Third Age.The volunteer's age is from 50 to 59,and none regular exercises Yoga enthusiast.We divided them to three group through BMI parameter and Body Fat.They are Over Weighted(n>8),Slim(n<8)and Normal(n=8).The experiment controlled the heart beat between 120~140(times/min)based on the exercise testing for heart rate.Exercise parameter: Height(cm),Weight(km),Body Composition;Hysical fitness: Grip strength(kg),One minute sit-ups(times/min),Seat of flexion(cm),Reaction time(s),Eye-closed and Single-legged Standing(s);Serum lipids test: test before and after yoga exercise,TC(mmol/L),TG(mmol/L),HDLC(mmol/L),LDL-C(mmol/L).Using literature,experimental methods,expert interviews,statistics to analysis the effect of different body form middle age women after 16 weeks yoga exercises.Statistics before and after experimental groups were compared using paired samples t test,compared with single factor analysis of variance between groups,with P<0.05 as the level of significance of difference.Result: 1.Body Physical Configuration: after exercises,Over weight group weight reduced from 70.46 kg to 65.1kg and Normal group weight reduced from 58.39 kg to 56.2kg which have Significant differences(P<0.05).Slim group weight improved from 44.1kg to 44.99 kg,don't significant.The height didn't have significant change.2.indicators of body composition,after exercise interventions,over weight group body fat reduced from 27.75 kg to 23.5kg,body fat rate from 39.3% reduced to 36.06%,BMI dropped from 28.53kg/? to 26.15kg/?,have a significant difference(P<0.05).Normal group body fat dropped from 16.75 kg to 14.44 kg,percentage of body fat dropped from 28.56% to 25.55%,two sets of changes were significant(p <0.05),BMI dropped from 22.91 kg/? to 22.09 kg/?,no significant changes.Slim group body fat weight from 9.43 kg down to 8.75 kg.Rate of body fat dropped from 19.63% to 19.04%,BMI by 19.15 kg/? down to 18.97 kg/? did not change significantly(P>0.05).3.Physical function indicators,after exercise intervention,resting heart rate Over weight group reduced from 82.88 times/min to 68.13 times/min.Slim group from 76 times/min dropped to 62.63 times/min.Normal group from 72.25 times/min fell to 71.13 times/min,changes are significant differences(P<0.05).Blood pressure index in 16 week Yoga exercise of three group are gradually declined trend,Over weight group and Normal group blood pressure value has significantly differences(P<0.05);Lung capacity value,the Over weight group rose from 1952.88 ml to 2677.5ml,and Slim group rose from 1691.88,ml to 2347.63 ml,Normal group rose from 1909.88 ml to 2650.38 ml changes are significantly(p <0.05).4.Constitution parameter,after 16 weeks of yoga,Over weight group Sit and Reach increased from 13 cm to 22.7cm,Slim Group up to 23 cm from 13.19 cm,the Normal group increased to 24.26 cm from 14.91 cm,change has significant difference(P<0.05).One minute Sit-ups Over weight group from 15.13 times/min up to 24.88 times/min,Slim group from 18.5 times/min rises to 27 times/min,Normal group from 19.36 times/min rose to 25.5 times/min,changes are significant differences(P<0.05).Grip strength values,Over weight group rose from 27.58 kg before the experiment to 31.11 kg,did not change significantly,Slim group rose from 29.55 kg to 32.75 kg,Normal group rose from 26.01 kg to 33.3kg changes are both significant(P<0.05).Eye-closed and Single-legged Standing Over weight group rose from 19.5s to 33.63 s,Slim group rose from 39.25 s to 65.75 s,Normal group increased from 24 s 35.75 s,changes are significant differences(P<0.05).Reaction time indicator shows a decreasing trend in the 16-week yoga,three groups of intervention no significant difference before and after exercise.5.Blood lipid indexes,TG values after the exercise intervention Over weight group dropped from 1.95mmol/L to 1.33mmol/L,Slim group from 1.45mmol/L down to 1.12mmol/L,Normal group from 1.57mmol/L down to 1.32mmol/L,change has significant difference(P<0.05).TC values decreased slightly but the three group did not change significantly.HDL-c values,the Over weight group rose from 1.20 mmol/l to 1.45 mmol/l,the Slim Group increased from 1.54 mmol/l to 2.01,mmol/L,Normal group rose from 1.39 mmol/l to 1.76mmol/l before the experiment,showed significant difference(P<0.05).LDL-C index values after a 16-week Yoga,Over weight group from 3.2mmol/L down to 2.8mmol/L,Slim group reduced from 3.00mmol/L down to 2.48mmol/L,Normal group reduced from 3.21mmol/L down to 2.73mmol/L,showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Yoga could ameliorate different middle age women lung function,improve flexibility,strength,balance,reduce the TG rate,rise the HDL-C level,and no affective to TC and agile;(2)Yoga can reduced over weight middle-aged women's weight,and F%,BMI index,Resting heart rate,and blood pressure and the serum LDL-C content,but no improvement to increase upper body strength;It can reduced middle-aged women slim crowd resting heart rate,improve upper body strength,and no improvement for weight,F%,BMI,blood pressure,sensitive and the LDL-C;It can reduced middle-aged women normal weight crowd of weight,F%,BMI index,blood pressure and the LDL-C,improve its upper strength power,and on its resting heart rate no effect.
