For primary school students, the phenomenon of hiring tutor coachingteaching appears about ten years ago. In these ten years, tutor activitiesdevelop rapidly. Tutor coaching teaching, as a school education that differentfrom the system of extracurricular counselling mode, almost exists throughoutthe country. But the study of the tutor activities is very little, and theaccurate and specific data is less.Although tutor activities exists outside of the regular school system, butit is attached to the mainstream school education. They have the sameeducation content and the competent education purpose. At the same time,family education activity has its own unique features. The personal tutoractivities are not unity, and it has no systematic. Andbecause the education activities tutor itself is characteristic, as well as thedevelopment of immaturity primary school, the parents of the education mode,education idea of the effect of the understanding of the family education hasmade more profound effect, so this paper, more emphasis is discussed thefactors on parents tutor effect.This article use questionnaire, interview and literature methods tosummarize the characteristics of the tutor activities, to study the tutor of therole of the positioning. The article will choose four primary school students inHohhot as samples to do investigate, in order to understand the basicpremise, to study the influence factors of primary school tutoring. This article studies mainly from the aspects of elementary schoolstudents,the basic situation of family education research, the basic analysisabout hiring tutor for elementary school students, the reasons for hiringtutoring, the ways of hiring tutoring,the source of the teachers, tutor tutorcoaching teaching subjects and frequency, the relationship between studentsand tutors,the effect of hiring tutors. From the results of the survey, weconcluded that the primary school of hire tutoring increasingly common, andemploy the proportion of tutor is rise as the growth of trend; Hiring tutorcoaching in the student for various achievements. Also college students haveits unique advantages to be tutors; In elementary student tutor coachingsubjects, is usually given priority to a branch,and teach other subjectstogether; In general, tutor time is the after school time every day; Also moststudents think tutor activities are helpful on the improvement of their study.Finally, the paper study the effect of the tutor from three aspects:parents,students, the tutors. The parents’ education mode, education concept, theevaluation of the study and the tutors have direct impact on the child’sbehavior habit,on the ways and result of the children’s study, thus affect theeffect of family education.
