At present, China is in a transitional period, at the same time, China’shigher education is transforming from ‘Elite Education’ to ‘UniversalEducation’, and the great change has taken place on campus. Many newproblems have emerged, which lead to the view of students changedsubsequently. Hence, effective measures must be taken tosettle the conflict which exacts between the traditional work system and newchallenge.Inner Mongolia Medical College as a medical college, more attentionshould be paid to the medical problems which came from the physiologicaland psychological of workers. Facing the heavy burden of academic,complicated interpersonal and fierce employment competition, the service ofthe students’ affairs is needed for the students of the Medical College.Through field surveys and interviews, the writer discussed school social workinvolved in the Inner Mongolia Medical College student affairs. The paper iscomposed by introduction, the main three chapters and the Conclusion.The introduction mainly explained the common problems which exact instudent affairs of College University，the feature of the student affairshappened in the Inner Mongolia Medical College, and illustrated thesignificance of research, writing thoughts, research methods and the presentstudy on relevant content.The first chapter mainly analyzed the present affairs of the students inthe Inner Mongolia Medical College. Firstly, the author finds out students’evaluation of student affairs through the questionnaire survey. Secondly, in order to grasp students’ evaluation of student affairs, the author uses themethod of the in-depth interviews with10student teachers.The second chapter is researched the necessity of school social workinvolved in Inner Mongolia Medical College student affairs. From the systemof student affairs, working methods and professional theory to analyze thereasons which cause the current situation of Inner Mongolia Medical Collegestudent affairs, and then, the author puts forward the necessity of school socialwork.The third chapter researched the countermeasure of school social workinvolved in Inner Mongolia Medical College student affairs.
