And, there are new contents for the management, such as student loans, employment, psychological counseling, particular service for disable students, application of marriage and child entrance. Driven by the external environment and the domestic demand, our country's management of the higher schools is carried on agenda.This essay is based on the correlated literary about the student's affairs and the regulation of affairs. Firstly ,through the definition of concept the student's affairs and the regulation of affairs,and the analysis of the specialization and characteristics of student's affairs, and the combination of the abroad higher schools management methods,I introduce the management and the features of the developed countries such as USA, British, Germany, France and Japan. After that I run through the development trend of the student's affairs in our country, indicate clearly the insufficiency and problem, discuss the current situation, definite that the specialization is the inevitable trend of the development of the management of student's affairs. Pointing against the available problem in the management, we should change our mind and set up the scientific knowledge, specialize the development of the manager, perfect the organization structure of the management, enlarge and concentrate the scale of the management.
