They are divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly, The experimental group were60, and the control group were40people, and the basic conditions were no significant differences in the two groups. On the5times per week, every time40to60minutes, a total of12weeks of elastic DaiCao movement intervention to experimental group, Against part of breathing and cardiovascular function indexes test before and after the experiment, and put Statistical analysis of index for the writing paper provides the basis.The experimental results:1. Elastic band exercise of heart rate change curve as the rise-down-rise of the decline of the curve-old people is subjective feeling good, not bad reaction, suitable for old people exercise.2. The elastic band exercises load of exercise is appropriate for the elderly.2. Editing the elastic band exercises can improve the older women breathing and cardiovascular function index, can promote the health of the elderly women.
