In this paper, from education and educational methodological perspective, mainly take the questionnaire survey for the basic method for junior middle school Mongolian teacher student relationship in teaching existing problems of research, more detailed, comprehensive analysis of the middle school Mongolian teaching between teachers and students in understanding, specific situation, existing problems, the establishment of friendly relationship requirements, methods, effects and education plays a practical role and significance.In this thesis, the first chapter, introduction to three at the end of part. Conclusion elaborated the selected topic reason, purpose, significance, value and research method. The first chapter mainly discusses the junior middle school language teaching between teachers and students in understanding the relationship between teachers and students as well as the concept, form, teacher-student relationship problems; in the second chapter discusses the constructing harmonious relations between teachers and students in Mongolian teaching requirements and methods; in the third chapter discusses the junior middle school language teaching to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students the impact and significance.In short, the relationship between teachers and students is the teachers and students in the education and teaching practice in the form of a social relationship, the relationship between teachers and students in Mongolian teaching of correct processing to meet the future needs of talent cultivation. On Mongolian teaching of the teacher-student relationship in the research can promote the relationship between teachers and students, improve teaching achievements is one of the important factors. Therefore, in the junior middle school language teaching pays attention to and the establishment of harmonious relationship between teachers and students has the vital practical significance.
