With the rapid development of science and technology information as well as the advance of knowledge economy, talent cultivation increasingly becomes the core of the competition of various countries’ comprehensive national strength, more and more world class universities take the college students’ sense of social responsibility as the important position of the University mission. Affected by this, China has explicitly put "improve students sense of social responsibility which consists serve the country and serve the people, the courage to explore the spirit of innovation and problem solving ability of practice" as a strategic subject important connotation in the "national medium and long-term educational reform and development program"(2010-2020).But the status of college students’ social responsibility is not optimistic now, the colleges all exist the lack of education on college students’ social responsibility,which seriously not only restrict and last the form and ascension of college students’ social responsibility, but also is not conducive to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on this, the paper comprehensively grasps the status,existing problems and strategies of college students’ social responsibility from the wide viewing of the political, economic, cultural as well as the more aspects of family, college and college students self multi-level by taking the research methods of literature, questionnaire, comparative analysis and so on. The outcome of questionnaire shows the college students all exist these problems such as community higher sense of overall cognitive level, but the cognitive biases ten hair protruding; ideal "outer plastic" high degree but value "within the" strength of weak and incentive Evaluation System scarce, worrying actions to implement, which are caused by the macro level of political style beneath, the one-sided development of the market economy, the value of diversity conflicts of the Internet age and the micro-level of lack of family education on college responsibility education development lag, lack of students cognitive potential. Then the article rightly explores practical and effective response measures and methods from three aspects of optimizing the macro environment, outstanding micro-environment, strengthening the college students develop self-sense of social responsibility which aims at promoting effectively the development work of domestic students’sense of social responsibility in comparative perspective.
