Status Of The Construction And Improvement Of Community Policing Hohhot

21st Century Community Policing from the sixties and the seventies the West Fourth Policing Revolution. Community policing is an important part of the modern individual country’s police reform, the trend of the international police reform. The core idea is to strengthen the police and the public cooperation, the police based on the community for the masses, through the close relations between the police to identify and solve the issue of community policing. Community policing is a philosophy, a police philosophy, rather than a method, not a police way. About community policing, both from the conceptual level, the operational level domestic scholars a matter of opinion, not yet form a unified point of view. According to China’s specific national conditions, the urgent need for systems engineering, the Community Policing construction is very urgent. To build a successful community policing must theoretically rigorous discussion, draw scientific conclusions; police practice, to conscientiously fulfill truly implement. Specific police work to implement the construction of community policing, on the one hand the need to learn a foreign practice for many years, proved to be an effective method; hand and combined with the actual situation of China and the region and to analyze specific issues, to find a suitable China and the construction of community policing scientific methods, carry forward the fine tradition of the party, to achieve the sacred purpose of police officers serving the people wholeheartedly.Community police work in more than a decade, there are still many problems in specific practice in China, the author is from a practical point of view, to study the Hohhot community policing, and points out the problems, and to solution this problem.This paper is divided into five parts. Introductory section, it starts with the purpose of subject selection and the meaning of research to analyze relevant home and foreign literature of community police service research and to introduce selection of research methods and innovative points; Part one it elaborates concept, feature as well as theoretical basis of community police service and it introduces of home and foreign experience of construction of community police service and enlightenment giving to us; part two actuality of construction of community Police service of Hohhot, it introduces actuality and existing problem of construction of community police service of Hohhot; part there is mainly on the countermeasures to solve the Hohhot community police building to narrow differences countermeasures to solve the the Community Policing construction imbalance in Hohhot.In practice, the community policing as the basis of the work of public security work, shows strong vitality and irreplaceable role in the prevention against crime, harmonious relations between the police and maintaining social stability, but there are still some problems with the lack of, seriously restricting the effect of the implementation of community policing. The study of these problems and seeking solutions countermeasures for promoting community policing reform, innovation and the management of community policing, strengthening the grassroots work of public security, is of great practical significance.
