Research On The Construction Of Community Policing In Z District, H City, Sichuan Province

In the process of continuous advancement of national governance system and governance capacity,as an important way of grassroots governance,community policing plays more important roles.As the so-called "base is unstable,the mountain will shake",the quality of community police work is related to the vital interests of the people,the stability of the grass-roots level and peace and safety of the country.Community Policing is the main direction of current World Police Reform,and it is also necessary to be the main model of my country's police reform in the future.The key to community police is to launch social strength to participate,we must make full use of all kinds of resources,mobilize social forces to participate in the enthusiasm of community police,and constantly strengthen the community police team.The attention to community policing should be systematically enhanced,do a strategic plan,and be good at discovering the current problems,enhance the ability to solve problems,establish corresponding mechanisms,and increase the people's feelings,closely contact with the masses,let the people consciously Participate in community police work.There are seven parts of this point,the first part introduces the research background and significance,and illustrates the research content and method;the second part describes the community and community policing,explains the theoretical basis;Part III summarizes the current community police construction situation and specific initiatives in Z District,H City,Sichuan Province;In the fourth part,the questionnaire for the community residents and the face-to-face interview with the community police are conducted,and the information obtained is listed one by one,after summarizing,this paper finds out the current community security problems in Z District,H City,Sichuan Province,such as public security organs lack of team cooperation,weak community police room construction,insufficient community police security,and poor solution of residents' concerns;The fifth part analyzes the causes of the above problems,and concludes the lack of joint construction mechanism of community police,low investment in community police infrastructure,backward strategic thinking of police reform,insufficient application of science and technology information,and low quality level of some police;The sixth part briefly introduces the advanced model of domestic,In particular,the "Fengqiao Experience",a national model of grassroots governance that originated from the public security,provides advanced experience and guidance;the seventh part obtains various countermeasures and suggestions: establish the joint construction mechanism for community policing,mobilize the whole society to participate in,increase the community police infrastructure,expand and strengthen police rooms,deepen the community police guarantee,ensure the good operation of police work,focus on difficult problems,solve problems by multiple means,etc.
