Study On The Mechanism Of Multi Body Participation In Community Policing Work

In recent years, with the development of community and rural policing, police foundation work has been further strengthened。he ability of finding and fighting against crime has been improved. Thus, preventable cases have been effectively curbed; people’s sense of security and satisfaction has been increasing and the relationship between the police and community has been improved. However, contradictions in the actual work due to lacking of police and demand of long-standing of social security exist. There are still many problems relating to community policing. Therefore, how to effectively integrate resources; give full play to the role of the body in diverse participation in the management of community policing; form a comprehensive management of social security, are the current urgently problems to be solved in the management of community policing.Currently, police management in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Rizhao City has been conducted effectively. Multiple subjects involved in the management of community policing have also been attempting, but has not forming the work pattern relating to’ Party Committee and the Government leading, all the main social community collaborating, wide public community participating" in the management of community policing.This article attempts to analyse and elaborate the specific aspects from the historical development and current status of the management of community policing and current problems in the management of community policing, raising the need for multiple subjects involved in the management of community policing, given the experience and effectiveness of Wenzhou City, taking the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Rizhao City as an example, to further analyse the current status、obstacles and possible conditions of multiple subjects involved in the management of community policing。Finally, to put forward countermeasures and suggestions in multiple subjects involved in the mechanism of building the sound community policing work, from participating in the delineation of the body, the role and participation of the main aspects of the relationship.
