Effect Of Oral Disease Control To Carry Out Oral Specialist Hospitals

The paper chose the crowd multiple common oral diseases as the starting point, and the disease control system of Qingdao Stomatology Hospital as an example, to explore the collaboration of community medical institutions and hospitals to establish communities of combining disease prevention network and multi-tiered health care system, but also to provide useful reference and guidance to other medical institutions.The research methods includes literature study, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, oral examination ect.It is to investigate the acceptance of the various modes health and education in hospitals, cognitive change degree, the actual effect of oral disease prevention and medical staff attitude with different social groups of people such as patients and their families, pupils and their parents.The data would be analyzed with spss20.0software.The results show that at the present oral hospital combining prevention and control work has achieved good effect. The hospital make use of existing policy and personnel to carry out various forms of inside and outside institution combining prevention and control project, formed a fixed mode, by all the praise. The people’s oral health KAP was improved obviously, the children of pit and fissure sealant rate reached95%, caries incidence rate decreased. In the part of the health education, mode of people on health education base in the most satisfaction; community health promotion activities, the health education activities most people love the campus activities.The author thinks, the medical institutions make use of their own advantages, to control the treatment of oral diseases is very good.The project has broad prospects and the masses, experts, government,are all very high appraisal of the hospital. The hospital uses of existing resources and less oral financial, through comprehensive prevention and control measures, control the goal of the community dental disease effectively. This work needs to get more policy and fund support of government. Besides some other work also need to do such as establish the management network, clear responsibility, the establishment of specialized legislation, to ensure the smooth implementation of the work, and according to the corresponding work to implement, the fee ect. The prevention and control work standardized need to institutionalized, personnel training and the introduction need to strengthen, based on the community and schools and health needs to carry out the guidance and intervention, to further clarify the unified standard for the health education and intervention, refinement process and content, scientific strict control of each working procedure of the hospital. Then the comprehensive prevention and control work will go on Sustainable development.
