As the medical system reform continues to deepen,there emerges a problem needing focused thinking on the road of development for dental specialized hospitals,i.e.how to depart from HR management perspective to implement performance management inside hospitals in the real sense of management study,so as to promote business development of hospitals,especially private dental specialized hospital,and meet people's needs for premium medical services.In order to solve this problem,it needs to analyze current domestic&overseas performance management practices,especially the hospital's performance management and assessment system,and clarify detailed contents and methods for study.This article first introduces concepts related to performance assessment in performance management,then by taking H Dental Hospital as an example,first of all it outlines development history and status quo of H Dental Hospital,followed by expounding existing problems in the performance management of H Dental Hospital and their reasons,plus corresponding analysis;wherein,the most prominent problem is the singular target in existing performance assessment,excluding financial target,there is nearly no assessment items from other dimensions.To improve this company's performance management standard,first it is imperative to expand its assessment targets,so as to ensure more effective and comprehensive management of human resources.Then,to solve existing problems,the paramount task is to re-define the current performance assessment targets,and add assessment indicators according to scientific methods.Secondly,identify overall thinking approach and design guideline for optimization of the performance assessment plan,through analysis of the Dental Hospital's key posts,while making reference to the company's current strategic assessment targets,first identify the company's Class 1 KPI and the Outpatient Department's Class 2 KPI,finally extract Class 3 post KPI by relying on post analysis.Afterwards,use scientific methods to confirm corresponding weights for different posts and dimensions,and finally finish the compilation of KPI evaluation criteria.In order to guarantee effective execution of the performance assessment plan,and improve performance management system,in the final part,first make full preparations before executing the performance assessment,and improve corresponding supervision system for performance management system,especially communication mechanism in the process of performance management.While analyzing current remuneration system,in order to ensure smooth progress of the optimized performance assessment plan,and draft more effective performance incentive program,it also needs to evaluate its execution results and proposes forecast of existing potential problems,meanwhile it also needs to compile corresponding guarantee measures,and ultimately formulates a package of KPI optimized plan for H Dental Hospital.
