Based on G public hospital as the research object,this paper aimed at the hospital medical disputes and problemsnow,through adopt the questionnaire and interview methodsurvey related analysis,studied the factors about the relevance of the medical disputes,and cases of crisis management mechanism of medical disputes,and the hospital medical disputes of different stages have different characteristics,How to prevent and improve the crisis management,put forward related countermeasures and suggestions.The research shows that G public hospital mainly has the following problems in doctor-patient relationship: Poor doctor-patient crisis prevention,the organization management department management chaos,between doctor and patient information asymmetry is more serious,the doctor-patient relationship to deal with legal normative is insufficient,the main reason is that the lack of medical workers doctor-patient crisis awareness,responsibility is unclear,the administrative department of the adverse impact of the information asymmetry between doctor and patient attention is not enough,Some medical staff have low legal awareness,ability and sense of responsibility.The reasons leading to the problems in the prevention and handling of doctor-patient disputes in G public hospital mainly come from the following aspects: firstly,the lack of awareness of doctor-patient crisis prevention among medical workers;secondly,the unclear responsibilities of the hospital management department;thirdly,the hospital does not pay enough attention to the legal diagnosis and treatment and the use of information;finally,the hospital does not have enough awareness of the importance and influence of the recovery stage.G Public hospitals should take corresponding prevention and treatment measures according to different stages of research disputes: First of all,hospitals need to analyze the characteristics of doctor-patient disputes at different stages;second,hospitals should take specific measures to prevent and deal with doctor-patient disputes at different stages;third,other measures should be taken to prevent and deal with doctor-patient disputes in view of other situations of doctor-patient disputes.Only in this way can G public hospital better cope with the impact and harm of doctor-patient disputes on the hospital,maintain a good doctor-patient relationship,and promote the normal operation of various business activities of the hospital.These suggestions in this paper are not only suitable for G public Hospital,but also can provide reference for other hospitals in similar situations. |
