Functional diarrhea is a common clinical functional gastrointestinal disease, its clinical manifestations is similar with the syndrome of spleen deficiency which the main performance is diarrhea, and in the clinical, functional diarrhea often see with spleen deficiency syndrome, so the combination of disease and syndrome is important to study function of diarrhea. Functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency syndrome of clinical studies, and laboratory research is less, so the establishment of functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency animal model is necessary. This article is from the theoretical and experimental study and to put forward modeling methods and evaluation methods to verify functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency syndrome.Theoretical studyObjective:To put forward and evaluation method for making functional diarrhea spleen deficiency animal model method. Method:Reading the literature about functional diarrhea and spleen deficiency syndrome, the functional diarrhea animal model making method and evaluation method, and test, verify the idea is feasible, and the form and perfect production and evaluation method offunctional diarrhea of spleen deficiency syndrome animal model. Results:Access to functional diarrhea related literature, that the current functional diarrhea animal model making methods are insufficient, evaluation methods also existdefects. Twenty-eighth, high lactose and smallplatform to stand on the rats of group9h still Shenpi fatigue, hair loose, amylase activity was lower than control group (P<0.01), so we think the high lactose water environment of small platform standing9h is compared with the animal model of functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency making method. In the second part of theexperiment, after treatment, Shenling Baizhu powder in high, low dose group, canimprove symptoms of rats, rats stool normal or slightly soft, shiny hair, body weight growth speed, increase food intake, and high group and the serum amylase activity participation in rats in the blank control group, no significant difference; ginseng, ginseng high low group and lactic acid content in the blank control group close, no significant difference; ginseng, ginseng in the high grouprat urinary D-excretion rate than the control group significantly increased (P<0.01). Therefore it can be considered that the Shenlingbaizhu powder has therapeutic effect on9h rats on high lactose water environment of small platform. Conclusion:high lactose water environment of small platform standing9h is making method of functional diarrhea spleen deficiency animal model of excellent. Evaluation of functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency should be based on symptoms, objective index (lactic acid, serum amylase, urine D-xylose)method by.
