Panic disorder(PD), is an acute anxiety disorder, which cause a range of recurring significant plant nerve symptoms including palpitations, sweating, shaking. Its essential characteristics make it with strong sense of dying or out of control, fear of unfortunate consequences due to panic attacks.Traditional Chinese medicine does not have the word "panic disorder", from the clinical manifestations, the disease belong to the category of modern disease, emotional disease.At present, with the pressure from social work, interpersonal relationships, economic pressure, and many other factors increased, PD incidence increased year by year. Meanwhile, the research of the etiology and pathogenesis of panic disorder, is also gradually perfect, which lays a foundation for better treatment.ObjectiveBy observing the treatment of tonify heart and stabilize the mind to understand the recent clinical curative effect of panic disorder. And using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), heart-gallbladder qi deficiency pattern of panic disorder symptoms rating scale respectively to evaluate the the onest time and clinical curative effect in different time of Chinese and western medicine treatment of heart-gallbladder qi deficiency pattern of panic disorder.MethodsThis subject adopts a prospective multicenter and central randomized control study. Test group with the treatment of tonify heart and replenish gallbladder, quiet the spirit and stabilize the mind, and medicinal codonopsis, adenophora, salvia, crude dragon tooth, hovenia dulcis, fructus schisandrae, poria cocos, one dose a day. Control group with paroxetine hydrochloride oral20mg daily. Two groups both named seven days a treatment period, continuous taking four courses, to observe the clinical efficacy and safety. Assessing the patients by HAMA, heart-gallbladder qi deficiency pattern of panic disorder symptoms rating scale, before the treatment, day1,3,5,7,14,21,28during the treatment.Analyze all the data using the SPSS statistical package19.0, P<0.05considered statistically significant.Results1、The score of qi deficiency heart and gallbladder type of panic disorder symptoms rating scale in every group. 4weeks after treatment on two groups, the total score of two groups treatment in patients with heart-gallbladder qi deficiency pattern of panic disorder symptoms scores reduced obviously, and the symptoms improved significantly, the onest time of test group were earlier than the controls,and the curative effect is better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2、The score of HAMA in every group4weeks after treatment on two groups, the total score of two groups treatment in patients with HAMA score pattern of panic disorder symptoms scores reduced obviously, and the symptoms improved significantly, the onest time of test group were earlier than the controls, and the curative effect of anxious mood, nervous, fear, agrypina, musculoskeletal symptoms, sensory system symptoms, cardiovascular system symptom are better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3%The comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groupsAccording to the heart-gallbladder qi deficiency pattern of panic disorder symptoms rating scale,4weeks after treatment on two groups total effective comparison:test group40cases,28cases of clinical cure,7cases were markedly effective, effective in3cases,2cases ineffective, the total effective rate was95.00%; control group33cases,8cases of clinical cure13cases were markedly effective, effective in10cases,2cases ineffective, the total effective rate was93.94%, in the5th,7th,14th days, the test group patients treated from heart-gallbladder qi deficiency pattern of panic disorder symptoms rating scale effect overall effectiveness is better than that of control group, difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).On the basis of therapeutic effect evaluation standard of HAMA,4weeks after treatment on two groups total effective comparison:test group40cases,28cases of clinical cure,6cases were markedly effective, effective in3cases,3cases ineffective, the total effective rate was92.5%; control group33cases,12cases of clinical cure,12cases were markedly effective effective in5cases,4cases ineffective, the total effective rate was87.88%, in the7th,14th days, the test group patients treated from HAMA overall effective rate was higher than the control group, difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionTest group and control group obtained satisfactory clinical curative effect, the test group can earlier improvement in anxiety symptoms, and the curative effect is better than that of the control group, tips for the treatment of tonify heart and stabilize the mind for the heart-gallbladder qi deficiency pattern of panic disorder symptoms is a safe and effective.
