The Clinical Study Of Chaihuguizhiganjiang Soup Treatment Of Panic Disorder (Liver Qi Deficiency Type)

Purpose:To compare the effective scores of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction and paroxetine before and after the HAMA and TCM syndrome rating scale to compare the efficacy of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in the treatment of liver qi deficiency type panic disorder Advantages and shortcomings.Method:Sixty patients with panic disorder were divided into two groups(treatment group and control group).The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.They were treated with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction and paroxetine for 4 times Treatment(1 week per treatment).The scores of HAMA and Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment were observed.Result:HAMA treatment group was 43.33%,the total effective rate was 90%;the control group was 46.67%,the total effective rate was 90%.By Ridit analysis,P> 0.05,that the two groups were no significant difference.Two groups of treatment efficacy.The symptom score of the TCM group was 43.34%.The total effective rate was86.67% in the treatment group and 40% in the control group.The total effective rate was 90.00%.By Ridit analysis,P> 0.05,that the two groups were no significant difference.Two groups of treatment efficacy.However,the efficacy of each of the two scales from the point of view,there is a significant difference between the two groups of patients.From the HAMA point of view,tension,fear,cognitive function,physical anxiety: muscular system,physical anxiety: sensory system,cardiovascular system,respiratory system,behavioral performance during the talks,the eight treatment group and control group The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant,the two groups of treatment efficacy.(P> 0.05).There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in anxiety,insomnia,depression,gastrointestinal symptoms,genitourinary system symptomsand autonomic nervous system symptoms,among which anxiety anxiety,depression The control group was better than the control group,but the effect of the four treatment groups was better than that of the control group in insomnia,gastrointestinal symptoms,genitourinary system symptoms and autonomic nervous system symptoms.From the Chinese medicine symptom score table,chest Xiong full bored,fatigue fatigue two P> 0.05,suggesting that two groups of patients after treatment,the two treatment effects were no significant difference;palpitation,good shock fear,insomnia,Depression,irritability,eating less satisfied that these six P> 0.05,suggesting that the two groups after treatment,the six treatment effect there are significant differences,which,palpitation,good shock panic,depression,irritability,the three control group better than the treatment group,Insomnia,limb weight,poor appetite,poor appetite of the three treatment groups than the control group.Conclusion: Chaihu Guizhi Ginger Decoction is an effective prescription to treat panic disorder of liver qi deficiency type.Chaihu Guizhi Gan Jiang Decoction and the efficacy of paroxetine almost the same effect,but paroxetine is more significant in improving anxiety,depression,shock and fear.Panic disorder associated with insomnia,gastrointestinal symptoms,genitourinary system symptoms and autonomic nervous system symptoms,Chaihu Guizhi Gan Jiang Decoction is even more significant effect.
