ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of the method of boldness and tranquilization in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, and to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.MethodsSixty patients with generalized anxiety disorder who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the randomized controlled study, and the patients were divided into the treatment group and the routine acupuncture control group by random number method. In the treatment group, xinshu, danshu, riyue, qiuxu, shenmen, juque and dingshenzhen were selected. The control group selected acupoints according to the ninth edition of the planning textbook of Chinese medical colleges and universities:baihui, sishencong, shenmen, qihai, benshen, shenting and sanyinjiao. The treatment group and the control group were treated with twist-and-turn therapy. The duration and frequency of each acupuncture and moxibustion treatment were equal between the two groups,30 minutes,3 times a week,4 weeks as a course of treatment, and the efficacy was evaluated after 2 courses of treatment. Before and after treatment, both groups were treated with HAMA scale and SAS scale, and the mental anxiety symptoms, somatic anxiety symptoms and sleep in HAMA were compared between the two groups. The difference in the score of HAMA and SAS before and after treatment was compared, and the efficacy of the two acupuncture methods was compared.ResultsThrough the analysis and comparison of general data and baseline data of indicators,it was concluded that no statistical differences were found between the two groups in terms of gender, age, mental anxiety symptoms, somatic anxiety symptoms, sleep factor score and total score of SAS scale before treatment, indicating the comparability between the two groups.Comparison of clinical efficacy:(1)the total score of HAMA and SAS in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment.Statistical analysis of the data showed that there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),indicating that acupuncture in both groups could improve the symptoms of patients.(2)mental symptoms, somatic symptoms and sleep scores in the HAMA scale of the two groups after treatment were significantly reduced compared with that before treatment.Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),suggesting that both groups could improve the mental symptoms, somatic symptoms and sleep of the patients.Comparison between the two groups:(1)compared with the conventional acupuncture group, the HAMA subtraction score and SAS subtraction score of the real gallbladder anaesthesia group after treatment were both larger, and statistical analysis showed that there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the real gallbladder anaesthesia method could better improve the anxiety symptoms of patients.(2)when comparing mental symptoms, somatic symptoms and sleep scores in the two groups of HAMA scale,P>0.05 was found in somatic symptoms and sleep, indicating that there was no statistical difference between the two acupuncture methods in improving somatic symptoms and sleep. When the scores of mental symptoms of the two groups were observed,P<0.05,indicating that the control group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of mental anxiety.ConclusionCompared with the conventional acupuncture method, the bolt-and-tranquilize method can better improve the patients' anxiety, fear and other mental anxiety symptoms, thus enriching the clinical treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.
