Objective:1.In this research, we will compare the level of serum neurotransmitter of TD children before and after the treatment.Besides,we will also compare the different of serum neurotransmitter between the normal children and TD children. Based on the pertinent literature, so that we can explore the possible pathological change of serum neurotransmitter of TD children and what have happended when they get remission. On This Base we will explore the internal mechanism of TD.2. By comparing the level of serum neurotransmitter of TD children before and after the treatment, we will find the potential targets through which the Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe works. And try to make clear the mechanism of Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe by the modern medicine.Verify the train of thought in the recipe and find the way to improve the curative effect.Methods:Take the diagnostic criteria from DSM-IV about TD as inclusion criteria, The children are selected from pediatric outpatient department in Guang’anmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences as samples. There are27children in TD group and12children without TD as control group. TD Children all take Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe for3months. Their change of the illness degree were marked via YGTSS. By regularly examing urine and kidney function, we guarantee of the recipe. The serum was stored in-80℃refrigerator until the assay.HVA and NE were tested using Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay. Ach detection was using Colorimetric Assay. Software SPSS18.0Version was used for statistical analysis.Result:(1)Twenty-seven TD children were analyzed, by the YGTSS.14children got obvious relief and7children got partial relief. The rest6children didn’t show obvious relief The total effective rate of Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe on TD children was74%.(2)Compared with normal children, the HVA, NE level in TD children’s serum increased significantly,while Ach level is almost the same.(3)Ach level in TD children’s serum decreased significantly after Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe treatment for more than3months (P (0.05). HVA and NE level showed an increasing tendency while as P value was beyond0.05,it have no statistical difference.(4) There is plus-relativity between the serum Ach and the YGTSS. While there is no significant relativity between HVA, NE and the illness degree.Conclusion:(1)The HVA level in TD children’s serum increased significantly,while after Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe treatment the level has no significant change. So in the early period of the treatment, there’s no direct relativity between HVA lavel and the illness degree.(2) The HVA level in TD children’s serum increased significantly.while after Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe treatment the level has no significant change. So in the early period of the treatment, there’s no direct relativity between HVA lavel and the illness degree.(3) There was no significant difference between TD and normal children in the aspect of Ach level.While in the normal range,the illness degree increased when Ach level increased. In addition, Ach level in TD children’s serum decreased significantly after Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe treatment。 So the serum Ach may be potential targets through which Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe works.(4) Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe showed a outstanding clinical efficacy for TD treatment, which proves that the train of thought in the recipe is scientific. So it is worth to make more widespread in the clinical treatment.
