| Objective:(1) Through the study of Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of tic disorder research status and the status of modern medicine tic disorder, and improve understanding of tic disorder, provide a theoretical basis for clinical studies.(2) In this research, we will compare the levelof testosterone,estradiol,cortisol in serum of TD children before and after the treatment.Besides,we will also compare the different of testosterone, estradiol, cortisol in serum between the normal children and TD children. Based on the pertinent literature, so that we can explore the possible pathological change of Sex hormone imbalance and cortisol secretion disorders of TD children and what have happended when they get remission. On This Base we will explore the internal mechanism of TD.(3) By comparing the level of testosterone, estradiol, cortisol in serum of TD children before and after the treatment, we will find the potential targets through which the Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe works. With the literature research, Verify the train of thought in the recipe and find the way to improve the curative effect.Method:Thirty TD children, ranging from 5-13years old, were enrolled. All children received no TCM or western medicine treatment more than 6 months before diagnosis. The informed consent was signed by each supervisor for children. The TCM medicine mixtures,based on Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe, were used on TD children For 6 months continuously.Then, Urine routine examination and liver-kidney function test were periodically detected,about a month and 3 months per time respectively.The symptoms were evaluated via Yale Global Tic Severity Scale Table(YGTSS) and serum was collected at the first vist and the endpoint vist of the research.The serum was stored in the -80°refrigerator until the assay.Detection of testosterone,estradiol,cortisol areusing ELISA,completed in Guanganmen-hospital’s inspection laboratory, meanwhile all the procedures were conducted with harsh quality control. The test resuts were compared and analyzed with 26 cases from the outpatient department of Pediatrics of the non tic-disorder child,Software SPSS 17.0 Version was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1) Thirty TD children were analyzed, by the YGTSS.26 children got obvious relief and 3 children got partial relief. The rest 1 children didn’t show obvious relief. The total effective rate of Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe on TD children was 96.67%.(2) Compared with non TD children’s serum testosterone, estradiol cortisol concentration, TD patients were significantly decreased (P<0.01), The difference was statistically significant.(3) TD patients after 6 months treatment of Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe,serum testosterone,, estradiol, cortisol concentrations were significantly increased compared with before treatment (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.(4)The level of serum testosterone, estradiol, cortisol has no direct linear-relationship with the score before treatment (P>0.05), the level changes of serum index has no direct linear relationship with the reduced rate too.(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) Compared with in non TD children, the Children with TD’s serum testosterone, estradiol, cortisol concentrations were significantly decreased, the change of its concentration has no direct linear relationship with reducing rate.Through treatment of Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe showed significantly higher testosterone, estradiol, cortisol concentration, regulating serum testosterone, estradiol cortisol concentration may be one of the mechanisms of action of Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe "in the treatment of TD.(2)Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe showed a outstanding clinical efficacy for TD treatment, which proves that the train of thought in the recipe is scientific. So it is worth to make more widespread in the clinical treatment. |
