Meditation Brake Party Tic Disorders Curative Effect Observation And Research Related To The Neurotransmitter

Objective:The study evaluated the effect of Jingxin Zhidong Fang on twitch disorder (TD) children by observing the syndromes and the change of Yale scores.The study also tested the levels of dopamine (DA),5-hydroxytrptamine (5-HT),P-substance(SP), nitric oxide(NO)in the serum before and after therapy to investigate the relationship between TD and neurotransmitter and to evaluate effect of Chinese traditional medicine on neurotransmitter.Method and content:The study used the research method of comparing before and after therapy.The TD children had taken Jingxin Zhidong Fang for half a year, then evaluated the mild moderate or severe syndrome before and after therapy gave objective grade using Yale global tic severity scale (YGTSS).The curative standard of Jinxing Zhidong Fang was the subtracting rate of Yale scores The method to test the levels of DA,5-HT,NO,SP in the serum was ELISA,then compared the data before and after therapy.Results:The study had18TD children including15boys and3girls which was more less than boys.Age of the children changed from one year to seven years,and the average course of disease is (3.0±1.9) years. The age and the course were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results of clinical observations showed9markedly effective cases,9improved cases and none Ineffective ease, the total effective rate reaching100%. There were13moderate cases,5sever cases and none mild case before the therapy. There were13mild cases,5moderate cases and none sever case. The YALE score after therapy was Significantly reduced, and the deduction was statistically significant(P<0.01).The level of DA in the serum after therapy was less than before therapy which was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the levels of5-HT, SP, NO in the serum before and after therapy were not statistically significant(P>0.05) Conclusion:The change of the level of DA in the serum improved that the TD related to neurotransmitter imbalance,but the relationships between TD and the levels of5-HT, SP, NO in the serum need more exploration to improve.The treatment effect of Jingxin Zhidong method was marked,and the therapy theory of Jingxin Zhidong Fang may relate with affecting the level of neurotransmitters in the serum.
