Objective:Compared with conventional western medicine treatment, we try to observe and evaluate the Yiqitongqiao Fang’s (Yuping Canger San) clinical efficacy, which is the experience prescription of Professor Yang Daowen. Methods:The clinical curative effect observation of Yiqitongqiao Fang treating AR patients:To use the traditional Chinese medicine-Yiqitongqiao Fang discriminately remedying and conventional western medicine treatment for comparison studies. The50patients were divided into two groups, the treatment group of20cases, and the control group Of30cases. The20patients of treatment group were given the Yiqitongqiao Fang discriminately remedying for4weeks, and the30patients of control group were given the conventional western medicine treatment for4weeks. We established the table of observation and record the results before the treatment, during the treatment (after1-week treatment), after the treatment (after4-week treatment). Methods of comparing in group and comparing between the groups were used to observe the changes of symptom scores and combining symptom scores. The statistical software SPSS17.0was applied to analyze the integration and to evaluate the efficacy of Yiqitongqiao Fang’s (Yuping Canger San) on AR patients.Results:(1) After1-week treatment, the patients’symptoms in treatment group were significantly improved, and there was statistically significant (p<0.05). Results75%cases were significantly effective,20%cases were effective,10%cases were invalidly effective, total effective rate was95%. The patients symptoms in control group were significantly improved, and there was statistically significant (p0.05). Results60%cases were significantly effective.30%cases were effective.10%cases were invalidly effective, total effective rate was90%. There were no significant differences in effectiveness between two groups (p>0.05). After1-week treatment, there were no significant differences in symptom score between two groups (p>0.05). The symptoms of sneezing and nasal congestion changed closely, there were no significant differences between the two groups (p>0.05). There were significant differences in the symptom of nasal itching between two groups (p<0.05), the treatment group had more significant improvement than the control group. There were significant differences in the symptom of runny noses between two groups (p<0.05), the control group had more significant improvement than the treatment group. Patients of the treatment group reported that some of the symptoms, such as fear of the cold wind, spontaneous sweating and weakness got better, at the same time, patients of the control group did not have any changes upon those symptoms.(2) After4-week treatment, the patients’ symptoms in treatment group were significantly improved, and there was statistically significant (p<0.05). Results85%cases were significantly effective,15%cases were effective,0%cases were invalidly effective, total effective rate was100%. The patients’ symptoms in control group were significantly improved, and there was statistically significant (p<0.05). Results63.3%cases were significantly effective,30%cases were effective,6.7%cases were invalidly effective, total effective rate was93.3%. There were no significant differences in effectiveness between two groups (p>0.05).After4-week treatment, there were significant differences in symptom score between two groups (p>0.05). Patients of the treatment group reported that some of the symptoms, such as fear of the cold wind, spontaneous sweating and weakness got obviously better, at the same time, patients of the control group did not have any changes upon those symptoms. Conclusion:Both the Yiqitongqiao Fang and conventional western medicine treatment had a signilicant effect on improving clinical symptoms of AR patients. So those treatments were effective, but the control group did not have any changes upon those symptoms such as fear of the cold wind, spontaneous sweating and weakness. Compared with the control group, the treatment group’s changes were obvious.
