Objective:The market have many types of Lonicera japonica Flos from different places, its common to make Lonicerae Flos as Lonicerae Japonicae Flos. Research shoud be strengthen to unify management, Establish an unified, standardized quality standards, in order to distinguish between Lonicerae Flos and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and guarantee the safety of clinical medicine.Methods:(1)This article established a HPLC-CAD fingerprint method to simultaneously determinate Lonicerae Flos and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,to admeasurement Lonicerae Flos and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos from different places and different batches. Established reference HPLC chromatograms of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos. Established a HPLC-CAD fingerprint method to simultaneously determinate chlorogenic acid, neochlorogenic acid, caffeic acid,broken oxidation nux vomica glycosides, isochlorogenic acid A,B,C, macranthoidin B, macranthoidin A, and disacoside B. Determinate their content of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos from different places and different batches, and calculate similarity.(2)Simulate the production of one injection which contain Lonicerae Japonicae Flos to product4batches of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos injection and Lonicerae Flos injection. Using the established HPLC-CAD fingerprint method to determine the intermediate and end product, get the HPLC fingerprint and determinate the content of main contents. To compare the HPLC fingerprints between each procedure and analyse the content changes in order to get the disciplinarian and reason.(3)Using the intermediate and end product to produce pharmacology safety experiment, compare Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos.Results:(1) To provide the basis of establish standard qualitative and quantitative operations to identify Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos.(2)Lonicerae Flos simulated injection contents macranthoidin B which doesn’t exist in Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.(3) On the base of same procedure,it’s more easier for Lonicerae Flos to stimulate the basophilic mast cell degranulation. The preparations from Lonicerae Flos can lead to a similar allergic and an allergic reaction, while the preparations from Lonicerae Japonicae Flos can lead to only an allergic reaction. Comparing to Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, preparations of Lonicerae Flos. Preparations of Lonicerae Flos are stronger than Lonicerae Japonicae Flos in inhibiting actiation and proliferation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells.Conclusions:There are greater security risks exist in Lonicerae Flos simulated injection.
