Search from the ancient relevant books of Pre-Qin Period to Ming-Qing Dynasties for the traditional Chinese medicines that have the function of "cure long chronic diarrhea","arrest diarrhea","cure diarrhea","relieve diarrhea","treat dysentery and diarrhea", etc.;2. Search from the relevant books of Republic of China times to the present for the Chinese medicines that have the function of "cure diarrhea"," for the treatment of diarrhea","arrest diarrhea"; search from the books of the other countries for the natural medicines that have the function of "cure or for the treatment of diarrhea","arrest diarrhea" and for the joint "treatment of diarrhea and anti-fungal (fungal infections)".4.To pass more than1,2,3kinds of methods to screen out the natural drug name of "drugs" as keywords retrieval "CNKI""PubMed""CSCD database to find these drugs in the intestinal fungus resistance (mainly candida albicans) recorded in the role of natural medicine.Results:the types of medicine searched from the books of ancient China, books of modern China and books of the other countries are64,52 and202respectively.In a total of318flavour drugs explicitly specify the effect of intestinal fungus resistance of natural medicine15flavour, no resistance to the intestinal fungus efficacy of natural medicine are35, has bacteriostatic activity but no clearly recorded in the intestinal fungus resistant effect of natural medicines are53bacteriostatic activity research literature in the blank of natural medicine are215.Conclusion:The Alunite、Smilax china、sulfur、gallnut、Opuntia stricta、Oxalis corniculata、Alpinia officinarum、Alpinia officinarum、 Semen Juglandis、Rubus idaeus、Bidens squarrosa Less、Myrtus communis、Thymus vulgaris、Thymus vulgaris.、Cedrus deodara (Roxb.)
