Yiqibushen Tongluosanjie Act Chronic Glomerulonephritis Clinical Observation Of 30 Cases

Background:Chronic glomerulonephritis is a group of proteinuria,hematuria, hypertension,edema as the main clinical manifestations of the disease,it has prolonged course,lingering illness,slowly progressive features,may be associated with varying degrees of renal dysfunction,is one of the chronic kidney disease,also form the main cause of end-stage renal disease.With the increase of diseases as diabetes,hypertension and other morbidity,the prevalence of the disease also showed a gradual upward trend.Once developed to uremia stage of the disease,not only in patients suffering from pain,but also facing huge medical expenses caused by dialysis and even kidney transplantation,society and therefore under tremendous economic burden caused.Therefore curb the development of lesions has become the moment we are faced with an urgent task. With the continuous progress and development of medicine,the treatment of kidney disease has been gradually on standardization,but western medicine still has some limitations in the treatment of the disease,is faced with many difficult to solve,for certain symptoms curative effect is not obvious,and the traditional Chinese medicine was showing at this unique advantage and strong vitality,through long-term clinical practice,formed a unique theoretical and clinical system.This study is divided into two parts of literature review and clinical research.Literature Review:This part is mainly from the following aspects are discussed:the ancient physicians understanding of the disease,the modern doctors to discuss the disease,Professor Lv Renhe "Shenluo zhengjia" theory,treatment of Chinese medicine research progress of the disease.Objective:This research is Professor Lv Renhe12th Five Year Plan support topics,staging with standard of chronic kidney disease stage,as the "three type four syndrome" of dialectical method,Professor Lv "Shenluozhengjia" theory as the instruction,with Yiqibushen,Tongluosanjie Treatment cohort study of early and mid chronic kidney disease,explore this method in the glomerular filtration rate,24h urine protein,urine protein in the urine,traditional Chinese medicine control aspects of the syndrome is valid.(The basic composition of prescription drugs:shenghuangqi20-60g or zhihuang20-60g,danggui10g,nvzhenzi30g,gouji30g,chuanduan30g,chuanniuxi30g,zhuling30g,fuling30g,guijianyu10g,ezhu10g,wugong2tiao)Methods:60patients with stage1-3chronic kidney disease patients were divided into exposure group (30cases) and non-exposed group (30cases),standardized collection of clinical diagnosis and treatment information, based on objective diagnostic criteria dialectical type,exposure was observed before and after treatment groups TCM syndrome score in both groups laws for24-hour urine protein,urine routine measurement,biochemical indicators, according to the relevant formula to calculate the glomerular filtration rate, and finally the use of statistical software SPSS17.0statistical data.Results:1.exposure group increased glomerular filtration rate after treatment,compared with pre-treatment difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),the non-exposed group before and after treatment had no significant glomerular filtration rate change(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.2.exposure group and non-exposed group24h urinary protein excretion did not change significantly before and after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05,P>0.05).3.exposure group and non-exposed group had no significant changes in urinary protein before and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05,P>0.05).4.exposure group syndromes after treatment significantly reduced integration,compared with pre-treatment difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Yiqibushen,tongluosanjie method can effectively improve patient glomerular filtration rate, renal function decline slow progress.2.Yiqibushen,tongluosanjie method can can effectively improve systemic symptoms,improve quality of life.3.Yiqibushen,tongluosanjie treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis is worthy of further research and promotion.
