Cough Variant Asthma Was Observed Wind Filled Twin Acute Lung Syndrome Efficacy Su Xiaofeng Tang Treatment

Objective:To observe and evaluate the effect of Sufei xiaofeng Decoction in treating adult clinical curative effect of cough variant asthma with wind-excess bronchia spasm syndrome.Methods:Enroll60adult CVA Patients with wind-excess and bronchia spasm syndrome from expiratory clinic of affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), divide them randomly into2groups, treatment group and control group,30caces each.Both group were given Seretid50/250μg1Absorption inhalation of bid such as basic treatment,the treatment group treated with Sufei Xiaofeng decoction, the control group treated with Suhuang Zhike capsule.The total treatment period is8weeks.and the follow-up visit is4weeks after the termination of treatment period. To investigate of predisposing factors compare the following indexes before and after treatment,eg,cough score,LCQ score.the level of AHR,bronchial provocation test negative conversation rate,pulmonary function (FEV1,PEF),TCM syndrome integral,effective rate and recurrence rate4weeks after treatment.All the date was analyzed by SPSS19.0software.Result:(1)Investigation shows upper airway infection is the leading cause of CVA.Therefore, physician should strengthen upper airway management to prevent CVA.(2) Comparison of cough scores and LCQ scores:the comparison between period and after treatment in both group respectively has statistical different (P<0.05); however,the comparison between2groups after treatment has no statistical difference (P>0.05);(3) Comparison of the degree of airway hyper responsiveness:two groups before and after treatment the degree of airway hyper responsiveness were statistically different(P<0.05); after treatment between the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05);(4) Comparison of the BPT negative conversion rate:46.4%for treatment group, and46.1%for control group respectively,The differences between the two groups do not have statistical significance(P>0.05);(5) Comparison of Pulmonary function (FEV1, PEF):were not significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment and compared the difference between two groups (P>0.05);(6) Comparison of the TCM syndrome integral:the comparison between prior and after treatment in both group respectively has statistical difference (P<0.05), the Comparison between the2groups has no statistical difference (P>0.05);(7) Comparison of total effective rate according to TCM syndrome integral:86.6%for treatment group, and85.7%for control group respectively,the different has no significant difference (P>0.05);(8) Comparison recurrence rate4weeks after treatment:3.3%for treatment group, and14.2%for control group, the differences between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05);(9) During the period of treatment of all patients two group has no adverse drug reaction (ADR).Conclusion:The efficacy of Sufei Xiaofeng Decoction in treating CVA obvious,which is as well as Suhuang Zhike capsule.Sufei Xiaofeng Decoction reduce the short-term morbidity, the price more affordable and subtraction with the card advantage, and the ADR rate of former is less than the latter.
