The Observation Of The Effect Of Suhuang Zhike Capsule In The Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma

Objective:To Observe the effect of Suhuang Zhike capsule in the treatm ent of Cough Variant Asthma.Methods: The observation had selected 60 outpatients from the respirato rysection of our hospital.All these patients were between from March 2018 to December 2018,and accord with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Medicine a nd Morden Medicine on Cough Variant Asthma with "wind cough" TCM syndr ome.All the patients were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).In the treatment group,Suhuang Zhike capsule was taken 3 t imes a day,3 capsules each time with warm water(0.5-1 hour after meal)for two weeks as a course of treatment.The control group was treated with Mei PuQing(Procaterol Hydrochloride Tablets)orally,1 times a day,2 tablets(50?g)each time,before sleep,taking 2 weeks as a course of treatment.Collecting the TCM syndrome integrals(including main symptom integral,secondary sym ptom integral and total integral),Cough Visual Simulation integral,serum Eosin ophil count,serum IgE level and pulmonary function examination of two group s at a series of time points(1 day,7 days and 14 days)during the treatment.After collecting data,analyze the final data by SPSS23.0 as follows: independe nt t-test,chi square test,nonparametric test and other methods to analyze the c ounting data;the difference was statistically significant when P<0.05.Results: In total 60 patients in this observation,and no case droped dur ing thetreatment.(1)After treatment,the integrals of the main and secondary s yndromes in the treatment group and the control group were both reduced than those before treatment,and the differences between the two groups before and after therapy was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant di fference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the integrals of Cough Visual Simulation in the treatment group and the control g roup was both reduced than before,and the difference between the two groupsbefore and after therapy was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant d ifferenc the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).It is proved that the treatme n effect is no significant difference between the two groups in cough and asso ciated symptoms.(2)In the examination of pulmonary function,there was no s ignificant difference in vital capacity,peak expiratory velocity and forced expir atoryvolume in 1 second between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with th e control group,the vital capacity of patients in the treatment group increased significantly(P<0.01);the maximum peak expiratory velocity of patients in th e treatment group increased significantly(P<0.01);the forced expiratory volum e ofpatients in the treatment group increased significantly(P<0.01);It is prov ed that Suhuang Zhike capsule can improve the pulmonary ventilation function,reduce airway resistance and relieve respiratory muscle spasm in patients withc ough variant asthma better than the control group.(3)The serum Eosinophilco unt in the treatment group and the control group both reduced after treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after t herapy(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The level of serum IgE in the treatment group and theco ntrol group both reduced before and after therapy,and the difference between t he two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01);there was no significant d ifference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).It is suggested that both groups have the effects of improving airway allergic inflammation and a ntiallergic.Conclusion:(1)The effect of treatment in Cough Variant Asthma of Suhuang Zhike ca psule is similar to MeiPuQing(Procaterol Hydrochloride Tablets)in improving cough,shortness of breath,chest distress and other associated symptoms.But it s better in improving pulmonary function,in improving vital capacity,maximu m peak expiratory velocity and forced expiratory volume in 1 second.(2)Suhuang Zhike capsule can improve the Airway Hyper Reactivity of patients with Cough Variant Asthma,and has the effects on antispasmodic,antit ussive,anti-inflammatory and antiallergic.(3)The results of the observation showed that Suhuang Zhike capsule had less adverse reactions,high safety and good compliance in the treatment of Co ugh Variant Asthma.Suhuang Zhike capsule has great potential in the research of modern pharmacological mechanism.
