Objective:By means of research on acupuncture-knife treatment in cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy from start to finish,providing method of iconography foracupuncture-knife treatment in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.And checkingtherapeutic evaluation.Methods:120cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients divideradomly into two groups.First group adopts treatment of theacupuncture-knife.The second group adopts acupuncture treatment. Treatment ofthe acupuncture-knife means four stapes and eight treating observances.somanipulation.Every fivr to seven as one time,three times as course of treatment.Acupuncture treatment group selects acupoint of luozhen,ashi acupuncturepoint,EX-B2(the neck of0.5inch),GV16,GV14,TZ10,BL11.Vertebral artery type ofoervical spondylosis select G20,GV16,GV20,Nerve-root type cervical spondylosisselect SJ10,LI11,GV20,P6. Lift and thrust line twirling manipulation,retainingthe needle of20minutes.on alternatr days one time. Ten times as course oftreatment.Two groups patients are gathered thermal imager from start to finish.Thethird group selects60cases average person and gather thermal imager.Results:1.After acupuncture-knifetreatment, through the clinical therapeutic evaluationconfirmed for treatment of the acupuncture-knife have significant results.2. After acupuncture-knife treatment the neck of thermal imager have significantresults. The neck of thermal imager is close to normal people.Conclushion:1. Treatment of the acupuncture-knife is very effective for cervical spondyloticradiculopathy.2. After acupuncture-knifetreatment the neck ofthermal imager have significant results. Thermal imager instrument is aiding method of therapeutic evaluationfor treatment of the acupuncture-knife on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
