| Purpose：The observing eye Acupuncture and the clinical efficacy of buyang huanwu decoction apoplexy convalescentMaterial and method：Select from March2011to August2012,46patients were treated by the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese (Qi and Blood) in patients with stroke recovery, treatment order were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group,23cases in each group. Control group with oral decoction Bu Yang Huan WuTang with body acupuncture treatment, the treatment group with the eye acupuncture therapy using oral decoction BYHWD, surrounded by a course of Stroke diagnosis and efficacy score for the efficacy of standard Chinese strokeneurological deficit scores quantization table for patients with neurological deficit scores, activities of daily living scale (ADL) for patients withlife skills score, the total of the two groups were observed after treatment efficiency, the degree of neurological deficit, changes in activities ofdaily living.Results：After treatment, the two groups in terms of efficacy, the totalefficiency compared using the chi-square test analysis data, x2=4.79，it isP＜0.05, treatment group than the control group;the two groups in the degree of neurological deficits integral comparison after treatment using t-testanalysis of the data, the treatment group before and after treatment: t=13.93，P＜0.01, control group before treatment and after treatment comparison:t=4.80, P＜0.05, compared two groups of patients with:t=10.55，P＜0.01, treatment group than the control group; Integral of the two groups on the activities of daily living compared by t-test analysis of the data, the treatment group before treatment and after comparison: t=8.76,P＜0.01, control group before treatment and after treatment: t=2.65, P＜0.05, two groups of patients after treatment: t=5.55, P＜0.01, treatment group priorityin the control group.Conclusion：The eye acupuncture and buyang huanwu decoction treatment ofstroke recovery (Qi and Blood) patients, more effective than body acupuncture treatment with Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction. |
