| The purpose of the study:To explore the effects of Buyang huanwu decoctionjiawei combined with comprehensive rehabilitation intervention of ischemic strokeduring recovery period.Research Methods:One hundred and ten ischemic stroke cases with Qi deficiencyand blood stasis in our hospital were randomly divided into a treatment group and a controlgroup from March2009to March2013,The control group was treated with comprehensiverehabilitation(rehabilitation training and Acupuncture),while the treatment group was givenBuyang huanwu decoction jiawei total for four courses(10d per course) combined with thetreatment of the control group,The clinical effects were evaluated by TCM(TraditionalChinese Medicine)syndromes,neurological defect score,FMA,MBI, respectively.Research results:Among110casets,8cases were loss to follow-up. One hundredand two cases were followde-up successfully,there were no statistical difference ingender,age,course of disease,neurological defect score, FMA score,MBI score between twogroups before reatment(P>0.05),compare with pre-treatment’s condition,the results in twogroups showed significant difference(P<0.05) after four courses of treatment,Thedifference between the treatment group and control group,was also statisticallysignificant(P<0.05) after treatment.Conclusion:Buyang huanwu decoction jiawei combined with comprehensiverehabilitation is more effective than the control group in improving the function of neuralfunction hemiplegic limbs,promoting the ability of activities of daily living and thus enhancing the quality of life. |
