Study On The Law Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Abnormal Sweating In Wu Jutong's Medical Monograph

Objective: To define the concept of "abnormal sweating" through the classical literature of traditional Chinese medicine and modern research results;to explore the mechanism and treatment of abnormal sweating in traditional Chinese medicine according to the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine;to summarize the three works of Wu Jutong(the differentiation of febrile diseases,the book of medical treatment and the case of Wu Jutong)Ju Tong's knowledge and clinical experience of abnormal sweating were summarized.It is the key point and ultimate purpose to summarize the law of Wu's abnormal sweating.The results of this study can provide an effective reference for TCM in the treatment of abnormal sweating.Methods: This study is a literature sorting and theoretical induction study,with Wu Ju Tong medical book(edited by Li Liu Kun,China traditional Chinese Medicine Press,2017 Edition)as the main research object,with the relevant photocopies of "national medicine collection" as the reference and the relevant modern literature as the supplement.In the aspect of classical literature research,it is mainly based on the database of ancient Chinese medical books of "Chinese medical code" to carry out electronic retrieval of relevant contents,among which,on the basis of electronic retrieval,it is necessary to carry out manual retrieval to ensure the accuracy and scientificity of the literature.In modern literature retrieval,electronic retrieval is mainly used,including CNKI,Fangfang database and VIP database.On the basis of literature search,sort,summarize and analyze to form the basic research data,among which the relevant literature of Wu Jutong's three works is summarized in a list(in Appendix).Results: It was found that there were no records of "abnormal sweating" in ancientChinese classics,but there were records of "abnormal sweating" and "no sweating".In modern literature,some scholars put forward the concept of "abnormal sweating",but the meaning is vague,so it needs to further define the concept boundary.Based on the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the author summarizes the theory of abnormal sweating in traditional Chinese medicine,and summarizes it as the mode of "wage kettle gasification".According to the systematic arrangement and research of Wu Jutong's works,Wu's research mainly focuses on Yin essence and Yang Qi,and thinks that all abnormal sweating is nothing more than these two aspects.Based on the theory of Triple Energizer syndrome differentiation,the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal sweating follow this rule.Conclusion: The theory system of differentiation of three jiao created by Wu Jutong can not only be used in the differentiation of syndromes of exogenous febrile diseases,but also have a guiding role in the treatment of abnormal sweating.In this paper,the law of differentiation and treatment of Wu's abnormal sweating is summarized into three aspects: "catharsis of upper Jiao","fluid augmentation of middle Jiao" and "pulse recovery of lower Jiao".Among them,the abnormal sweating of upper Jiao includes the methods of resolving external symptoms,clearing away heat and resolving both internal and external symptoms;the abnormal sweating of middle Jiao includes the methods of attack,nourishing yin and removing dampness;the abnormal sweating of lower Jiao mainly involves the methods of Warming Yang and taking Yin.Therefore,Wu Jutong's theory on the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal sweating,especially the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal sweating in exogenous diseases,has a high clinical application value.
