Emotional - Liver Depression - Correlation Between Fine Stasis

Objective:Though chronic restraint to create the semen Stagnation animal model, and detection of ACP、E2、α-Glu and other biochemical markers, Explore the correlation and the internal mechanism between liver qi stagnation and semen stasis.Methods:8-week-old, SD male rats, all of the rats were randomly divided into three group, such as:control group (the first group), liver qi stagnation drug group (the second group), semen stasis group (the third group), each group have ten rats, the second group and the third group are chronic restraint to establish liver qi stagnation model. From the fifth week, the second group were give CHSGS gavage processing, The remaining two groups were fed with distilled water (10ml/kg·d).After8weeks, the rats were sacrificed, Femoral artery for blood draw,let stand to take the serum detecting the concentration of ACP、 E2and a-Glu.Results:1、 Bound After4weeks, compared with the three groups of rats, the second group and the third group were showed listlessness, coat color withered and yellow, sparseness and easy to fall off, malaise lazy move, shrill cry, slow, unresponsive, reduced potable water particles loose stool. After the end of the experiment, the above performance of the third group were not relieved; The performance was not significantly different between the second group with the first group.2、Open-field test shows:lattice number, number of the standing, and number of grooming, with statistical significance between the three groups.3、ACP:Compared with the first group and the third group, there have a difference significant.4、E2:Between the three groups, there have a statistical significance.5、α-Glu:the first group compared with the other two groups had statistical significance; between the second group and the third group, there are different but no statistical significance.Conclusion:Through the study of theory and its clinical observations. think that Liver qi stagnation can cause the changes in ACP, E2, a-Glu, Affect the excretion of the semen, caused the semen stasis.
