| Objective: The purpose of this study is to confirm the effectiveness of acupuncture in the emotional area of the head combined with sun’s abdominal acupuncture area-1 in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation of liver-qi stagnation,and to explore the therapeutic mechanism of this plan.To lay a foundation for the next more extensive application of head emotional area combined with sun’s abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of premature ejaculation.Methods: All the 64 cases recruited in this study were from patients with liver-qi stagnation type of primary premature ejaculation who were treated in the demonstration clinic of Longjiang Medical School of the Second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to January 2021.The patients were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group.In the course of the experiment,2cases fell off in the experimental group and 2 case fell off in the control group.Finally,60 patients completed clinical observation,30 cases in each group.In the experimental group,the emotional area of the head and the sun’s abdominal acupuncture area-1 acupuncture were needled,in which the repetitive transcranial stimulation was used in the emotional area of the head.This method requires that the twisting rate of the needle should not be less than 200 revolutions per minute,and the needle should be twisted for 4minutes.Needling once every 10 minutes,needling 3 times,leaving the needle 30 min.The abdominal area-1 was punctured with 1.5 inch acupuncture needle at an angle of 15 °parallel to the midline,twirling in a small range without lifting and inserting.In the control group,traditional acupoints:Guanyuan(CV4),Shenshu(BL23)(double),Zhishi(BL52)(double),Taixi(KI3)(double),Sanyinjiao(SP6)(double),Taichong(LR3)(double),Ligou(LR5)(double),Guanyuan(need to be checked to empty the bladder before acupuncture),and the remaining acupoints are flat,tonifying and diarrhoea,in order to produce a heavy or sore sense of qi,acupuncture is used once every 10 min,needling for 3 times.Keep the needle 30 min.Treatment once a day,three times a week,a total of four weeks.Within two weeks before and after treatment,the two groups of patients measured the vaginal ejaculation latency(IELT),premature ejaculation diagnosis tool(PEDT),women’s sexual life satisfaction,TCM symptom score four indicators,record the data and then compare and evaluate the treatment effect.Results: Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in general indexes such as age,course of disease,IIEF-5 score and curative effect observation indexes such as IELT,PEDT,female sexual life satisfaction and TCM symptom score,which indicated that the two groups could be compared.After four weeks of treatment,the IELT,PEDT,female sexual life satisfaction and TCM symptom scores of the test group and the control group were compared with those before treatment.The data analysis showed that the four curative effect indexes were significantly better than those before treatment(p < 0.05).At the same time,the comparison between the two groups showed that the improvement of the four curative effects in the test group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture on the emotional area of the head,the Sun’s abdominal acupuncture area-1 acupuncture and the traditional acupoints can prolong IELT,reduce PEDT score and TCM symptom score,and improve the satisfaction of the woman’s sexual life.2.Acupuncture on the emotional area of the head combined with the Sun’s abdominal acupuncture area-1acupuncture is better than acupuncture at traditional acupoints in improving IELT,PEDT,women’s sexual life satisfaction and TCM symptom score. |
