Dry Eye ¢ñ In The Treatment Of Liver-kidney Efficacy Of Dry Eye

Objective:The clinical effects observation of Dry eye NO.1to treatment the type of "GanshenYinxu" dry eyeMethod:60subjects were randomized into two groups; control group in which 30 cases were treated by anethole trithione and treatment group in which 30cases were treated by Dry eye NO.1. The treatments were all stopped in the two groups after four weeks.Contrast theclinical effects of these two groups at the same time and four weeks later respectively.Results:1.The result of statistical analysis shows that dryness was the most commom symptom, then followed by asthenopia, foreign body sensation in eight subjective symptoms of xerophthalmia and they are three major symptoms in postmenopause.2.Comparison in both groups:The total points of subjective symptoms, S I T in the control group, the numerical value of BUT and the score of FL in both groups are improved after four weeks of the treatment (P<0.01).3.Comparison between two groups:Excepting the score of FL,others in control group are better than the observed group after four weeks of the treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of Dry eye NO.1 are more durable than anethole trithione in the treatment of dry eye...
