Objective:By observing the VEGF, BGP and AKP indicators and the relationship between kidney method treating glucocorticoid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head, for filling kidney method provides the theory basis for prevention and treatment of glucocorticoid-induced avascular necrosis.Methods:96of Japanese big ear rabbits were randomly divided into normal group (24) and module (72), the building is completed, each group of randomly selected8only, to test whether building success, made after the success of the mould and then build modules were randomly divided into blood know luo decoction high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group and model group.Irrigation treatment group take blood know luo soup mix suspension, model group, normal group and distilled water irrigation.6,8weeks after feeding each group randomly8rabbit plasma VEGF in quantitative analysis, AKP activity and gene expression level of BGP and VEGFmRNA femoral head positioning of quantitative, AKP content, BGP content detection and analysis, observation of pathological femoral head, electron microscopy morphology.Result:1.6,8weeks after the treatment, compared with the blank group, model group rats plasma AKP content significantly increased (P<0.01), the bone lacunae femoral head empty rate increased significantly (P<0.01). Group compared with model group, huoxue soup of t2dm with rabbit serum AKP content significantly decreased (P<0.01), the rate of empty bone lacunae femoral head decreased (P<0.05); Comparison between high, medium and low dose group significant difference (P<0.05).2.6,8weeks after the treatment, compared with normal group, model group rats serum BGP levels significantly decreased (P<0.01), the bone lacunae femoral head empty rate increased significantly (P<0.01). Compared with model group, huoxue soup of t2dm with high, medium and low group of rabbit serum BGP levels were significantly higher (P<0.05), the rate of empty bone lacunae femoral head decreased (P<0.05); Comparison between high, medium and low dose group significant difference (P<0.05).3.6,8weeks after the treatment, compared with normal group, model group rats plasma VEGF levels increased significantly (P<0.01), the bone lacunae femoral head empty rate increased significantly (P<0.01). Compared with model group, huoxue soup of t2dm with high, medium and low dose group of rabbit plasma VEGF levels were significantly reduced (P<0.05), the rate of empty bone lacunae femoral head decreased (P<0.05); Comparison between high, medium and low dose group significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Activating blood know luo Shang Xianzhu cut SANFH model set of rabbit femoral head abnormally elevated AKP content; Rise significantly SANFH model group of rabbit femoral head abnormalities reduce BGP content; Significantly lower contents of rabbit femoral head unusually elevated VEGF SANFH model, promote the SANFH model of rabbit femoral head necrosis of bone repair and the formation of new bone of femoral head. head;...
