Objective:Discuss SANFH during repair of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression changes, to participate in the generation of new blood vessels, bone repair and reconstruction of mechanism, providing theoretical basis for clinical application and use of evidence.Methods:96of Japanese big ear rabbit can be divided into two groups, namely the normal group (24) and module (72), after the completion of the building,8rabbits each group randomly, test building success, made after the success of the mould and then build module randomized group (4), a total of5groups.According to hayes made molding glucocorticoid-induced avascular necrosis model, according to the high, medium and low dose treatment group respectively filling and invigorate the circulation of t2dm with soup mixed suspension; and the model group, normal group with distilled water to fill.In6weeks,8weeks after the administration of rabbit plasma VEGF, VEGF, femoral head VEGFmRNA detection and analysis of relevant data, as well as the pathological observation, electron microscopy morphology.Results:6weeks after the treatment:compared with normal group, model group, the plasma VEGF levels increased (P<0.01), serum VEGF levels, femoral head VEGFmRNA expression value increased significantly (P<0.01), the bone lacunae femoral head empty rate increased significantly (P<0.01);Compared with model group, high, medium and low dose group, the plasma VEGF levels decreased (P<0.05), femoral head VEGFmRNA expression values decreased (P<0.05), the rate of empty bone lacunae femoral head decreased (P<0.05);Comparison between high, medium and low dose group significant difference (P<0.05).8weeks after the treatment:compared with normal group, model group, the plasma VEGF levels increased (P<0.05), femoral head VEGFmRNA expression values increased (P<0.01), the bone lacunae femoral head empty rate increased significantly (P< 0.01);Compared with model group, high, medium and low dose group, the plasma VEGF levels decreased (P<0.05), femoral head VEGFmRNA expression value significantly decreased (P<0.01), the bone lacunae femoral head empty rate significantly decreased (P<0.01);Comparison between high, medium and low dose group, the plasma VEGF levels, femoral head VEGFmRNA expression value and the rate of empty bone lacunae femoral head comparative differences between groups is significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood know luo decoction can obviously decrease the rate of empty SANFH model rabbit bone pit, can obviously decrease the plasma and femoral head VEGF and VEGFmRNA levels in the organization, so as to promote the SANFH model rabbit necrosis of bone repair and new bone regeneration, for glucocorticoid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head has obvious prevention action...
