Objective:by applying data mining technology, conclude and summarize the diagnosis and treatment ideas and pharmacy method adopted by Chief Physician Zhang Yu on treating igA nephropathy.Method:collect and sort out the100IgA nephropathy cases treated by Chief Physician Zhang Yu from April,2012to Dec.,2012; record the basic information of patients including names, sexes, ages and first visit times, as well as clinical diagnosis and treatment information including symptoms, tongue pictures, pulse conditions and pharmacies. Record the cases into "The Scientific Research Case Collection and Mining System of Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences". And analyze and summarize patients’symptoms, prescription medication and common medicines through such data mining method as correlation analysis.Results:The main treatment method for IgA Nephropathy adopted by Chief Physician Zhang Yu is benefiting qi for activating blood circulation and relieving rheumatic pains. The common medicines mainly include:astragali radix, medicinal cyathula root, achyranthes root, houttuynia cordata, ligusticum wallichii, eucommia ulmoides, raw hawthorn, rhizoma dioscoreae nipponicae, salvia mitiorrhiza, root of common peony, divaricate saposhnikovia root, caulis sinomenli, oldenlandia diffusa, perilla leaf, earthworm, fructus rosac laevigatae, gorgon fruit and cicada slough.
