The Medication Experience Of Professor Zhang Di In Erogenous Fever Of Child Based On Data Mining

Objective:By collecting and sorting Professor Zhang Dioutpatient erog enous fever of child,the use of Inheritance of traditional Chinese med icine auxiliary system software(V2.5)for data mining,in order to more objectively analyze and summarize Zhang Di's characteristics andform ula in the treatment of erogenous feverof child,and then summarizes t he medication experienceand ultimately provide the reference forclinic al study and promote the heritage of doctors work to development.Methods:This study was collected in May 2015 to December 2016 Pro fessor Zhang Di outpatient records in TCM diagnosis for the recordso f exogenous fever,the patient's general information,medical history,diag nosis,syndrome and prescription are entered TCM inheritance auxiliary system software to construct the database,and then come to commonl y used drugs and their taste by the frequency of statistical software,a nalysis of key drugs obtained by the software association rules and th e core of the pharmaceutical composition;entropy through a complex s ystem of cluster analysis reveals a new prescription.Results:Through counting and analyzing the 180 prescriptions,the resul ts showed that the data contained a total of 49 herbs,mainly included heat-clearing herb s,exterior-releasing herbs and expectorant cough suppr essant and anti-asthmatic herbs.The most commonly used herbs among them were Licoeice,Phragmites communis,Herba schizonepetae,Gypsum,Herb a lophatheri,Fructus Arctii,Cortex Lycii,Forsythia suspense,Whitem ulberry root-bark,Anemarrhena asphodeloides.In the statistics,it showed that themost Four Properties of those herbs was cold,warm and mild;the most five Taste of them was sweet,bitter and pungent.The channelt ropism of herbs was mostly lung and stomach.Through the drug used frequency ststistics result and association rules analysis,it could be se en that the most central herb combination of prescription in Zhang Di'teating erogenous fever of child was Phragmites com munis,Herb a lop hatheri,Anemarrhena asphodeloides,Fructus Arctii,Herba schizonepetae,R adix sileris,Gypsum,Licoeice,Whitemulberry root-bark,Forsythia suspens e.By entropy unsupervised Hierarchical Clustering algorithum,five new prescriptions could been founded.They included 1:Viola philippica,Dan delion,Radix Stemonae,Ginkgo;2:Fructus Arctii,Forsythia suspense,Medic atedLeaven,Platycodon grandiflorus;3:Chicken' Gizzard-membrane,Hawth orn,Plantain Seed,Cortex Lycii;4:Areca Peel,Almond,Plantain Seed,Cort ex Lycii,White mulberry root-bark;5:Aster tataricus,Main ephedra,Herba schizonepetae,Phragmites communis,Wolfiporia extensa.Conclusion:Through the analysis of clinical drug-use,it could been fou nded that Zhang Di in the treatment of exogenous fever follow the th erapeutical principle,based on the lung and stomach,value the rule reli eving superficies and clearing interior,attaches great importance to cle ar lung heat,remove heat to promote salivation,prescription is rigorous and those medicines in the prescription were flexible.
