Objective: To examine the clinical effects of yi qi yang yin huo xue fa inpatients with diastolic heart failure(DHF)。Methods: We selected120patients with DHF which were diagnosed as Qi and Yindeficiency and blood stasis type and meeting the test inclusion criteria ofpatients. The patients were divided into control group and treatment groupaccordance with the principle of random, the control group(60patients) and thetreatment group(60patients).The control group was treated with the routinewestern drugs, including beta blockers、CCB、ACEI、ARB or combined with diureticsand so on.The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine and routinetreatment for one month. Patients were observed in the effectiveness oftraditional Chinese medical syndrome and heart function exchange. And we wantto detect the levels of Endothelin-1(ET-1) and Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP).Results:1. The total effective rate of TCM syndrome curative effect is91.7%in treatmentgroup and73.3%in control group, there is significant difference between thesegroups(P<0.05).In the two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome scorecomparison had statistically significant(*P<0.05).The treatment group comparedwith control group after treatment, there is statistical significance(ΔP<0.05).2. The total effective rate of heart function effect is88.3%in treatment groupand71.7%in control group, there is significant difference between thesegroups(P<0.05) Compare of heart failure score before and after the treatmenteffect of two groups had statistically significant(*P<0.05).Compred aftertreatment between two groups had statistically significant(ΔP<0.05).3.In the two groups before and after treatment compared the level of ET-1andBNP,there is statistical significance (*P<0.05);The ET-1and BNP of thetreatment group were decreased more obviously than those of the control group. The effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group andhad statistically significant(ΔP<0.05).Conclusions: The treatment of combination of Traditional Chinese medicinewith western medicine in treating diastolic heart failure which were diagnosedas Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type can effectively improve thesymptoms and reduce the level of patients ET-1and BNP which indicateseffectiveness of the treatment of combination of Traditional Chinese medicinewith Western medicine.
