Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Diastolic Heart Failure With Combination Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

[Objective] To observe WenYangYi QiLishui Treatment diastolic heart failure(diastolic heart failure, DHF)(yang water pan) clinical curative effect.[Method] Adopt the method of delamination, block and random;120cases ofpatients with diastolic heart failure can be divided into the treatment group(60cases) and control group (60cases). Both groups according to the requestof diastolic heart failure treatment guidelines, combined with the actualsituation to give standardized drug treatment, western medicine treatmentincluding beta blockers, calcium channel blockers and ACEI and ARB or combinedwith diuretics (above drugs, according to the needs of illness to adjust thedosage), treatment group on the basis of this and to use the Wen Yang Yi Qi LiShui treatment for one month.[Observe] Two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effectand TCM syndrome score before and after the treatment, the total integral, heartfailure, test before and after treatment serum AngⅡ level, and the change ofplasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels.[Results]1． Two groups of curative effect comparison of syndromes, the treatment grouptotal effective rate was91.7%, control group total effective rate was73.3%,there were significant differences (P <0.05), the two groups before and aftertreatment of TCM syndrome integral comparison were significant differences (*P<0.05).2.Total points to compare two groups before and after the treatment of heartfailure were significant differences(*P <0.05), the two groups before and aftertreatment serum AngⅡ horizontal comparison were significant differences (*P<0.05). 3.The two groups before and after treatment plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) levels comparison were significant differences (*P <0.05).[Conclusion] WenYangYiQiLiShui can obviously improve Yang deficiencygeneric diastolic heart failure in patients with clinical symptoms, improve thediastolic function, reduce serum Ang Ⅱ and plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) levels, illustrates the combination of traditional Chinese and westernmedicine treatment of diastolic heart failure is better than pure westernmedicine treatment, also demonstrated the WenYangYiQiLiShui are effectiveagent for the treatment of diastolic heart failure.
