| Objective: To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of XianRenHuoXin Capsule in treating DHF patients and the influence on the level of brain natriuretic peptide.Methods: 60 patients with DHF were randomly divided into 2 groups on average including treatment group and control group. Treatment group was given XianRenHuoXin Capsule and control group was given Captopril, and the therapeutic course of both groups was 1 month. Clinical symptoms and signs, chest X ray, the correlated indexes of ultrasound cardiogram diastolic function: E,A,E/A,DT,IVRT and the level of BNP were observed before and after treatment.Results: After treatment, the heart failure soring of patients in both groups were more lower(P<0.05);The indexes of left ventricle diastolic functions in both groups were better than before treatment except for E/A in control group, and that of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The lever of BNP in blood plasma of both groups were lowered obviously after treatment (P>0.05), and there is no significant difference between 2 group.Conclusion: XianRenHuoXin Capsule can not only improve the clinical symptom obviously, but can improve the left ventricle diastolic function, decrease the lever of BNP in blood plasma. |
